Welcome to this uplifting morning practice.
Together we're going to send a love note out to the universe by creating ripples of love,
Gratitude and abundance that will raise your energetic state and set the tone for how you will approach and view today.
Think of this practice as like putting on a pair of glasses that will help you see your life and every situation and person through a lens of gratitude,
Love and abundance.
Before we start,
I invite you to begin to find a quiet comfortable space.
Sit or stand with your spine straight,
Then close your eyes if you're comfortable to do so.
If not,
Just have a soft gaze.
Now take a deep breath in,
Hold it for a moment,
Then exhale slowly.
As you breathe in,
Fill yourself with calm and peace,
And as you breathe out,
Release tension and stress.
Now when you're ready,
I invite you to follow your next inhale deep into the centre of your being.
Become aware of how you're feeling physically.
Start to notice the sensations within you.
Now ask yourself how you're feeling emotionally.
Use the breath as a bridge between your physical and emotional self.
Try not to tell yourself how you think you should be feeling,
But actually you should be feeling,
But actually allow yourself to feel how you are feeling.
Notice if your breaths,
Depth,
Rhythm and fluidity mirrors how you're feeling physically or emotionally.
Now that you know where you're starting from this morning,
Let's prepare to start.
In a moment,
I will invite you to repeat the following affirmations to yourself using your inner voice,
Or if you prefer,
By saying them out loud.
It's your choice.
See what works best for you today.
But first,
I invite you to join me in setting your intention for this practice.
I set my intention for this practice to embrace life as a gift and to cultivate gratitude,
Mindfulness,
Self-love and purpose.

Let's begin.
I am thankful for this new day,
For the opportunities that lie ahead and for the precious gift of life itself.
I am excited about embracing today with enthusiasm,
Gratitude and love.
I am grateful for my health,
My life and my amazing body.
I am grateful to be alive.
I choose to live in the present moment.
I embrace each moment with awareness and calm,
Knowing that being present brings clarity and peace.
I am mindful of my thoughts,
My breath and the sensations in my body.
I am not my past.
I am not my failures.
I am who I choose to be today.
I appreciate the people,
Experiences and moments that bring joy and learning into my life.
I face challenges with resilience,
Strength and grace,
Knowing they are opportunities for growth.
Every obstacle I encounter today is a chance to become stronger and wiser.
I trust in my ability to overcome any challenge with courage and perseverance.
I am focused on my long-term goals and plans.
I make decisions that align with my true purpose and vision for the future.
I trust my intuition and wisdom to guide me in making the right choices.

To close this practice,
I invite you to take a deep breath in and fill yourself with calm and peace.
Then take a long slow breath out and release any remaining tension and stress.
Now using your inner voice say to yourself,
I am ready to embrace this day with an open heart and a clear mind.
I'm grateful for this moment and for the gift of life.
Today I will live fully,
Love deeply and make choices that honor my true self.
Now gently open your eyes and when you're ready step into your day with a sense of purpose,
Of purpose,
Gratitude and self-love.
And remember you are worthy of love,
Abundance and joy.
