Welcome to this guided meditation,

Eternal love.

In this practice we're going to be connecting with the magnitude,

The sense of awe,

The eternal love that exists in life,

Exists in our heart.

And we're going to be using music as a way to really connect into this possibility.

So before we get into things,

I just invite you to settle down into your body.

Coming to stillness.

Just tapping into your breath.

Becoming aware of the sensation of inhaling and exhaling.

And as you do this,

Becoming aware of your heart and your chest,

So you're almost breathing in and out through your heart.

Keeping this focus,

Keeping your attention on this space of the chest.

And if any thoughts come in,

If anything pulls you away,

Just simply with compassion bring your attention back into the heart.

Growing very sensitive here.

Almost to the point where you can feel every little detail in this area.

And the way it responds and interacts with the passing of time.

And you may even want to pull your shoulders back slightly to just open the chest.

Bringing yet little more expansiveness and softness to this space of the heart.

And just being with that.

Being open to receive everything that your body and life brings in this moment.

Taking a slightly deeper inhalation and exhalation,

Breathe it all out.

And so now I'm going to play a piece of music to you and I invite you to contemplate this,

To receive this with this sensitivity in the heart.

Being aware of the directions that the music generates and stimulates within you.

And just really letting yourself be taken by it.

And just being aware of the directions that the music generates and regulates within you.

And just being aware of the directions that the music generates and regulates within you.

And just being aware of the directions that the music generates and regulates within you.

Beautiful.

So,

Just gently coming back into your breath now.

Gently coming back into your body.

And contemplating what this music revives in you.

All that is eternal.

All that is love.

And in this moment now,

With that same energy that this music has created within you.

With that same sense of resonance.

We're just going to kind of bathe in it.

We're going to bless ourselves in it.

Surrendering to the great magnitude,

Capacity to feel.

Musical landscape that lives in our hearts.

In the name of eternal love.

Thank you very much for listening.

Namaste.

I loved how music was incorporated into this meditation and I really could feel it pushing and pulling my heart with the sound of the violin.
