Until then,

I'll eat better tomorrow.

Next week,

I'm going to start exercising.

I am going to drink more water,

Practice gratitude,

Give compliments,

Improve my mindsets,

And change my habits.

Soon.

Until then,

What is happening?

What will happen?

Putting off what we know that we need to do may create more of what we don't want.

So what will it take?

What is your spark?

What do you truly want?

What do you truly need?

Waiting until then only procrastinates and it wastes time.

Do you know there is goodness within you?

There is an energy waiting for you.

Don't wait.

Don't wait until then.

Until then,

May never happen.

And if you wait until then,

You don't know what will happen.

So let's create peace.

Let's create energy.

Let's create space.

I want you to take a huge breath in and exhale.

Take another deep breath in as big as you can bring into your body and exhale.

If your eyes aren't closed,

Please close them.

Do you know that you are more than enough?

Everything that you have wanted,

Everything that you have aspired to is within your grasps.

Do you know that you are the only person just like you on this earth?

Isn't that fabulous?

Isn't that amazing?

So think about where you're at.

How are your habits?

Your sleep,

Your nutrition,

Your movement.

What if you think of those areas as little pieces?

And what if you thought about one thing that you could do to improve?

Not 10,

Just one thing.

And maybe that one thing would be the catalyst for all things.

We all have that.

We all know that if one thing changed,

Everything would change.

So what is it?

Take another deep breath because this is hard work.

Breathe in and exhale.

We know.

You know.

You know what it is.

That could change,

That would literally change everything in your life.

That is worth it.

You are worth it.

So the next step,

Why are you waiting?

What are you waiting for?

Waiting may only produce more negative.

You have to remember you are strong.

You are courageous.

And if you don't feel that way,

Dig deep.

Do what you have to do to isolate yourself for just an hour.

Write down everything that you love about yourself or write down all the things that you think you messed up.

Accept those things or honor those things.

You are not alone.

You are not on an iceberg stranded in the middle of nowhere.

Think of yourself as sitting by a beautiful lake and as you see all the ripples,

Make those ripples mean something to you that is more than what you're thinking right now.

What if every ripple represented so many people who are experiencing the same thing that you are going through?

It's easy to feel isolated.

It's easy to play the poor me.

And this message is to empower you to say,

Hmm,

Enough,

Or hmm,

I can do one thing.

I can improve one thing,

Which will lead to another thing,

Which will lead to another thing.

And you know what?

Out of the billions of people that live on this earth,

I am not alone.

And then you say to yourself,

I am not a victim.

I am a victor.

I will transform my life one step at a time,

One piece at a time.

And the future will unfold one day,

One month,

One year at a time.

And you know deep in your heart that if you don't try that one thing,

And if you don't just pull deep and work hard for that one thing,

The future is going to arrive.

It's going to be here,

Whether you do it or not.

So today you say,

This is the only time I will ever be able to live today.

And make it count.
