Okay,
So let's get started.
So just coming into your space,
Maybe starting to let your eyes close.
And starting to take a few big breaths.
You can let these be clearing breaths.
Big breath in the nose.
Open up the mouth,
Sigh it out.
If you need to move your body in any way to feel more comfortable,
Please do.
And know that you can do that throughout our meditation this morning.
When we meditate,
Ideally our body is as comfortable as possible so it's not a distraction for the mind.
Taking a few more breaths here,
Just letting yourself settle in.
So much of our energy can be exerted into the past or worrying about the future or what's coming next.
And when we meditate,
When we practice yoga,
It allows us to practice being present.
We do that with many tools by focusing on the breath.
Just that first inhale and the next exhale.
And then coming back to the inhale.
Back to the exhale.
And just do that a few more times.
Big inhale.
Big exhale.
Present with the inhale.
And the exhale.
And as you're here,
Just becoming curious if you can start to tap into even those little pauses between the inhale and the exhale.
There's a natural pause at the top of the breath,
At the bottom of the breath.
Just like it's forming a circle,
Coming in the body and out the body.
As you continue to focus on the inhales and the exhales.
Just allowing that witness part of yourself,
The part of you that can watch yourself breathing.
Allowing yourself to observe that everything's okay in this moment.
That really not too much has shifted except for your focus on your breath.
And seeing how that can allow in that sense of well-being.
Everything's okay in this moment.
Right here,
Right now,
I'm here breathing.
Probably in a mostly peaceful setting.
I'm just here able to focus on my breath.
Everything else is okay.
The world is still spinning.
The atmosphere is just right so that we can have enough breath.
Everybody else is okay.
I'm okay just in this moment.
Another way we can allow our mind to just soften into this present moment is just by becoming aware of our surroundings.
Just noticing the support beneath you.
How the earth is here beneath us,
Supporting us.
Maybe become aware of the temperature of the room.
Aware of your clothing against your body.
The comfort of your clothes.
Maybe noticing the sounds around you.
The sound of my voice.
The sound of your breath.
Again,
Not having any judgment but just witnessing,
Just noticing.
This just allows the mind to soften.
Doing something simple to focus on.
Another way we can soften our mind while we meditate and throughout our lives is by focusing on our intention.
So in these next few moments,
Beginning to cultivate your intention for what you need,
What you desire right here,
Right now.
Maybe it's a word or a color,
An image,
A feeling.
Just letting yourself sit with whatever that intention is.
Let all your focus be on that intention.
So if you can see that intention with your eyes closed through your eyes as well as through your third eye.
Starting to let that intention surround you,
Envelop you.
Feeling it within your body.
Maybe warmth or coolness,
Maybe tingling.
Just noticing what it feels like inside of your body to focus on that intention.
And then as you're ready,
Letting that surround your body.
That space around your body,
Your energy field.
Letting all your focus be on that intention within you,
All around you.
Once again,
Noticing that sense of well-being.
Just feeling that all as well.
As we meditate,
Just softening the mind,
Softening our resistance.
It allows us to tap into that dominant vibration of our planet,
Of our being,
Which is well-being.
Just letting your focus go wherever you might like it to be.
The tools that we can use,
Whether it's breath,
Body awareness,
Your intention,
Your energy field.
Giving yourself space to just be in that sense of well-being within yourself.
Continuing to hold that space for yourself.
Still noticing your breath.
Noticing that sense of relaxation.
That all is well in this moment.
Continue to feel that all is well again in this moment,
In this moment,
In the next one.
Just feel that sense of the eternal now.
And that everything is unfolding in a perfect rhythm.
And that each little step up until this moment had to happen in that way for you to be in this moment here and now.
Knowing that that will continue to unfold perfectly for all of eternity.
The invisible forces of our planet,
The fairies,
The wind,
The birds.
All of those supports here supporting our well-being,
Allowing a perfect unfolding.
Maybe feel your body even grow a little bit heavy as you sink into that trust of the universe.
How many of those beautiful things of your life have happened well beyond your control?
Knowing that the universe is always supporting your well-being.
Encouraging it to unfold in just the right way.
Perfect timing,
Perfect amount of what we're ready to receive.
As we meditate here and now,
Each day our practice,
It allows our channel for receiving to become more and more open.
More and more of that goodness to flow.
Knowing that there is an unlimited amount of goodness that's lined up just for you.
That's unique to you,
That can delight you in ways that are unspeakable.
The universe delights in your joy,
Your satisfaction.
Feel in this moment the importance of who you are.
That you as you are in this moment is so wonderful,
Perfect and beautiful.
That the world wouldn't be the same without your presence.
That you're here for such a time as this,
That your presence is needed,
Desired.
We're here to have fun and be in joy.
Perhaps you feel a sense of lightness as you can let go of any burdens.
Just feel that balance of your body sinking into the support while simultaneously growing light in a trust that everything is working out.
It's always working out for you.
The more we come back to the breath,
The more we soften,
The more it works out because we're allowing it.
Just starting to deepen into your breath here.
Feeling your breath fill your belly from the bottom all the way up to your chest,
Your collarbones.
Filling your body,
Your energetic body with life.
Just feel what it's like to be alive here in this moment.
What a time to be alive.
We're all here together breathing connected through the biosphere,
Energy sphere.
What a time to be alive.
Take a few more breaths,
Feel the aliveness of your body,
Your being here in this moment.
No matter what's happening around you,
You can breathe into your body.
Feel the life force that's within your body,
Illuminating your mind,
Your breath,
Your energetic being.
Just taking a couple more breaths to move into some chanting,
A mantra that reminds us that the guru lives within us.
The answers we seek lie within.
That truly you have all that you need within yourself.
The energy that creates worlds is what allows you to breathe,
Your heart to beat,
Your blood to pump.
The energy that allows our planet to spin in perfect balance and harmony is also what's living within you,
Allowing you to focus and breathe.
To create your own life.
You are the ultimate creator of your life.
You're the thinker in your mind.
You are the guru,
The answers that you seek.
As we move into our sound bowls,
Just allowing yourself to soften even more,
Receive even more,
And trust the journey.
Whatever comes up for you in these next moments,
Just receiving that,
Trusting that inner guidance that's giving you all that you need,
Whatever it looks like.
