It's time to remember.
Take a slow breath in.
And a long breath out.
Shoulders dropping down.
Forehead softening and if your eyes are open.
Let your gaze roll down towards your heart and let your eyelids follow and close.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And just for now,
Press pause on everything else that's going on in your world.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And being here now.
Imagine yourself standing outside beneath the night sky.
The full moon glowing above you,
Light and silvery blue light.
And it shares its light softly.
Across the earth.
Across the trees.
The wild grasses.
On your skin.
The night air is cool and the wind gently brushes your face.
Ahead of you there is a path.
An old earth path.
That you can see winds ahead of you through open lens.
Step by step,
You walk slowly beneath the moonlight.
You can smell sage and earth.
Damp moss and night flowers.
And the stars above you are endless.
Infinite.
Breathtaking.
And as you walk.
There is a feeling that stirs within you.
And remembering.
This path that you are on has been walked before.
By Healers.
Mystics.
Medicine keepers.
Wise women.
Storytellers and herbalists.
Those who listened and honored nature.
Seasons,
Cycles.
You may feel the presence of them now walking in front of you,
Behind you,
Side by side.
You are not alone on this path and you never were.
Ahead of you the landscape opens.
And a fire burns softly at the center.
And around it.
These are the.
.
.
Sacred souls,
Gather.
Kindred spirits.
And from the darkness beyond the fire.
And animal approaches.
Let it take its time to appear to you.
Notice its eyes.
Feel its energy.
Welcome its presence.
And this being has come as it carries medicine for you.
It has come to walk or be with you.
Close to you,
Steady and strong.
As it supports the remembering.
And also the releasing.
The medicine it holds.
Is courage.
Truth.
Voice.
Freedom.
And as it looks you in the eye.
It asks.
What part of you is ready to stop hiding.
And your being,
Your animal now urges you to look.
To notice.
That beside the fire,
Resting against an ancient stone pillar.
Is a bow and arrows,
Simply made.
Crafted from nature.
The power of the archer.
The seeker of truth.
The reminder that energy sometimes needs to move back before it moves forward.
And that it chooses the direction it flies.
It chooses movement,
It chooses freedom at the right time.
And your guide gestures for you to step forward.
And you realize now that the arrows waiting for you are not to be used as weapons.
They are invitations.
Intentions.
Releases.
As you admire these beautiful strong arrows.
Become aware of what you may have been carrying.
The fear of being judged.
The fear of being seen.
The fear of speaking openly.
The fear of trusting your gifts.
The fear of taking up space.
Can you notice where this fear lives within you physically?
Do you feel it in your throat?
In your stomach.
In your heart.
Now imagine placing the fears into the arrow.
Infusing each arrow with all that you are ready to release.
Not with anger.
But with clarity,
With willingness,
With truth.
Each arrow that you choose to release represents fear.
Represents anything you wish to set free.
And you stand beneath this great moon,
The fire flickering and dancing beside you.
And the night sky vast and wide above.
Your spirit guides around you.
See yourself pulling back the bow.
Feel the tension,
The readiness,
The power within you and the bow.
And when you are ready.
You smile.
And release.
Watch the arrow fly into the night sky,
Toward the moon,
Toward freedom,
Toward release,
Or perhaps into the sacred fire itself.
Where it is received.
It is transformed and it is set free.
And you have another arrow in your hands now,
And this one.
Carry something deeper.
An old identity.
An old story.
A version of you that was built from survival.
Place this energy into the arrow.
Feel what you are finally ready to stop carrying.
Draw the bow once more.
And relief.
Feel the shift within your body as you do.
The opening,
The spaciousness,
As if you can breathe a little deeper now.
I am one of your guides.
Steps before you now.
And places an arrow into your hands.
This arrow is different though.
This arrow carries truth.
Possibility,
Freedom.
Soul's purpose.
You lift the bow slowly and start to pull back.
And this time.
Instead of releasing pain,
You are firing into intention,
A wish into the universe,
A prayer for your soul.
And you say to yourself,
I no longer abandon myself.
I trust my voice.
I allow myself to be seen.
I walk forward with my head held high in truth.
And the arrow flies into the moonlit sky.
And something inside you softens.
Not because you became someone new.
But because you remembered who you already were.
And the full moon.
Pause down.
Into your crown,
Down through your throat and into your heart and illuminating all the parts of you that have been hidden.
The moon itself is reminding you now you don't need to have permission to be who you are.
You don't need to apologize.
It's light fully illuminating you.
Be aware now of.
Something happening inside of you.
Your voice,
Your gifts,
Your truth.
Gently starting to sing within you.
Not too loud,
Not with force.
Like he finally remembered you.
And there is a smile on your lips.
As you know you have come home to yourself.
And you thank your guides and you thank the fire and the moon and the lands.
You thank all those who walk this path.
Who understand.
And he remembered to.
And you begin that return journey along the path beneath the moonlight.
Feeling lighter.
Softer.
Smiling.
The moon above you,
The earth beneath you,
And your spirit guides or animals.
Walking with you until.
.
.
They slowly fade into the night.
To heal the witch wound is not about becoming someone else or someone different.
It's about no longer abandoning yourself.
No longer shrinking your truth.
Or fearing your own life.
Your soul was never meant to be hidden.
You are allowed.
To be seen.
From this fellow witch to you.
Be ever so proud of who you are.
And know that you never walk alone.
Namaste.
