It is in silence and peace when we truly hear,
Opening into our intuition,
Our inner wisdom,
Our inner knowing,
Is incredibly powerful,
Enlightening,
Awakening.
In this moment now we connect to the beautiful energy point in the brow center,
The third eye or the Ajna chakra.
Let your awareness settle softly to this point in the center of your brow.
You may even feel that you need a physical touch and just lightly resting fingers or hands even in prayer position just at this point.
As you breathe,
Feel the breath flowing in and out from the brow center,
Opening up a conversation from your soul to the universe and holding the intention that the roommate in your head,
The mind,
The little chatterbox has permission to rest for a moment so you can truly hear your soul speak.
If you've made that beautiful physical connection to this point,
Let your hands rest again now.
If your eyes are still open,
Gently let them close,
Rolling your eyes down towards your heart center.
Breathe in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely,
Holding for a moment,
And exhaling slowly and completely out again.
With every inhale that you take,
Feeling the natural outside air nourishing and refreshing your body.
And with each exhale,
Releasing tension and clearing your mind,
Creating space for clarity and insight.
It can be so easy to get stuck and caught up in the continual flow of thoughts and questions,
The grasping of answers and the needing to know what's next and what's next.
We take a moment in this practice to allow space,
To allow space for the soul to sing,
To whisper,
To be heard.
Bring your awareness back once more to the center of your brow,
The seat of intuition,
Of inner and ancient wisdom and higher perception.
And maybe you can feel the subtle energy flowing here,
A gentle swirl of purple or indigo light.
This now is an invitation to set an intention for your practice.
Perhaps you wish to deepen your intuition,
Expand your inner vision,
Or invoke peace and calm into a busy head.
You may silently whisper,
I open my third eye to receive clarity,
Insight,
And guidance from within.
Whichever intention you have set,
Feel it becoming a seed that will grow throughout this practice,
Nurtured by the energy of the earth and the inner wisdom within you.
The mantra for the Ajna Chakra is Aum.
And for this practice,
It is your exhale that you repeat the Aum,
An internal mantra practice.
Taking that big inhale,
Feeling the belly and the chest rise.
And as you exhale,
Feel a vibration of this seed mantra,
Aum,
Vibrating all the way through your body.
Let the sound resonate with you.
Feel a sound moving around your body,
From your head,
Down to your heart,
All the way down to your feet.
With every inhale,
Visualize light,
White or purple or both,
Flowing into your third eye,
Cleaning and clearing your head.
The exhale is your Aum.
The light flowing in,
And the vibration of Aum on your exhale creating a harmonious flow of energy between mind and body and spirit.
With every chant of Aum,
With every repetition of the mantra,
You are deepening your connection to your intuition.
You are holding an invitation to receive and to hear.
And you do this without agenda or force or expectation.
Simply inviting in space to allow you to receive.
Visualize this deep,
Beautiful indigo or purple light radiating from the center of your brow,
Expanding up towards the sky,
Traveling down towards the earth.
Creating this beautiful field of awareness that connects you to the deep-rooted energy of Mother Earth and the guidance of the universe above.
Feel yourself becoming this incredible,
Expansive channel,
Open to receiving insights,
Visions,
Clarity,
Reminding yourself that we are all connected.
We are all this one vibration.
Prana,
Chi,
Light.
Inhaling deeply,
Exhaling Aum.
Exploring the length of the Aum on your exhale.
Your soul holds all the wisdom that you could ever need.
And we must become silent to hear it.
There are times when our soul will shout,
And there is no denying what it is telling us,
But there is sometimes the soul needs only to whisper.
And this is when we need that silence to hear.
Feel the quiet stillness within you,
To settle within your bones.
And trusting that the insight will arise in the silence,
Without force.
It will come.
You simply have to hold the space open for it to arrive.
And if the mind seems especially chatty today,
And you notice that the thoughts are continuous without a pause or a break,
You could ask yourself,
I wonder what my next thought would be?
And just see if you can invite in a moment of pause as your head tries to work that one out.
If your head becomes chatty again,
Your mantra,
Your mind tool is a beautiful way to break the cycle.
Inhaling and exhaling to Aum.
And now we've invited in this little moment of space and stillness.
You can hold this question in your heart.
What guidance am I receiving today?
What guidance am I receiving today?
And your soul deeply asks you for trust.
To trust that the wisdom that is within you is available at any time.
And it is in the silence that you will hear it and receive it.
Trust the clarity that comes from within.
For it is your most brilliant and beautiful guidance in this human journey.
Take a deep inhalation and a slow,
Smooth exhalation as you guide your awareness to your physical body,
To the earth beneath you,
To your breath.
To the incredible purple light that's radiating out,
Radiating up and down and all around.
For these last few moments,
Return to your mantra,
Your Aum on the exhale,
Intensifying the volume inside yourself,
Planting this beautiful seed of intuition and clarity.
And inner wisdom.
And then start to soften the mantra until it becomes a whisper.
Until it becomes silent.
Take another deep breath in,
Expanding completely into your lungs and hold for a moment,
Inhaling wisdom and soul connection.
And exhaling trust and gratitude.
Inhaling wisdom and connection.
Exhaling trust and gratitude.
It's in the silence that we hear.
Namaste.
