And first,

I want to invite you to just arrive and land,

Allowing yourself to be here with your full experience,

All that comes with you in this moment,

Any thoughts,

Any sensations in the body,

Any concerns,

Any complaints,

Any celebrations,

Letting all of that be right here with you,

Just noticing what comes with you,

What's your package you're bringing to this moment and allowing yourself to take this package and just putting it aside for now.

We might come back to it later,

But in this moment,

I invite you to let go of any solving,

Planning,

Fixing,

Anything that concerns the future or the past,

Letting those be history or mystery,

But right now,

Today is a gift,

That's why we call it present.

So,

Giving more room to explore the gift of right now and what is here for us in this moment.

Maybe you feel the air as it fills your lungs,

Bringing a cool and soothing experience through your body.

Maybe you feel thankful for this.

Maybe there was a small encounter the last 24 hours,

An encounter that was pleasant,

Maybe positively surprised you.

Maybe you're grateful for that.

Maybe you got to experience some form of pleasure,

A nice cooling beverage on a hot day,

A tasty fruit or snack,

Or even the tiniest gesture of kindness from a stranger or person in your environment at work or at home.

Maybe you can experience thankfulness for this.

And what else is suddenly opening up?

As we make more space for gratitude,

Often,

More and more starts flowing in.

What else comes up when you're being invited to shift from the experience of being stressed and being in the functioning mode to being grateful and open to what life has in store for you?

What life has to offer you.

And maybe even recognizing even challenging experiences can be a hidden blessing.

And we also find the space within ourselves to say yes to even the challenging moments and allowing more trust to be there that this too we can handle and this too is welcome.

Where in your body might you experience this?

This slow opening up of a place of trust within you,

Letting it expand,

Letting it take up more space within your own body,

Within your experience.

And slowly,

Slowly letting go of this inner exploration and maybe you can feel a sense of gratitude towards yourself for showing up in this moment,

For carving out these couple minutes for your personal practice.

For your own well-being.

Maybe there's someone you'd like to dedicate this session to today,

Sending them the harvest of your gratitude practice as your personal gift to this special person.
