Taking a few moments to allow yourself the space to get comfortable.

To soften around your edges,

Coming into a seat,

Lying down.

Making any adjustments that you need to create more comfort.

Bringing your awareness to the breath.

Breathing in through the nose,

Into the chest and belly.

And breathing out through the belly and the chest.

Bring your shoulders up to your ears,

Roll them back.

And as you drop them down,

Feel your shoulder blades gliding down your back.

As you breathe in,

Notice that space you just created across your chest.

Breathing in to the space in the front body.

And breathing out to continue to soften the edges.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

And see if you can relax the scalp.

Relax the temples and the forehead.

The eyes,

The areas around the eyes.

The cheeks.

The nostrils.

The upper lip.

The bottom lip.

The teeth.

The gums and the tongue.

Breathing in to the entire head region.

Breathing out fully.

Can you breathe in the quality of lightness?

Breathing in to the head and the mind.

Breathing out to release.

To let go of the heaviness.

Bringing your awareness to your entire body.

Breathing in to bring fresh oxygen to every cell of your being.

And breathing out to release toxins and tension.

Can you feel more space being created with the inhalations?

Can you feel more space being created with the inhalations?

Can you feel more softness being cultivated with the exhalations?

With your awareness on the entire body.

This body does so much for you.
