The Fastest Way Back to Your Heart
If you’re feeling a little off today… not quite like yourself, this is for you. When the mind is busy or heavy, one of the simplest shifts you can make is moving into service. Not in a big way—just small, real moments: opening a door, acknowledging someone, or telling someone they did a great job (and meaning it). This gently takes you out of your thoughts and brings you back into your heart. From there, things start to soften. You feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself again. You don’t have to do this perfectly—just start small and let it be real. If you want to go deeper, I also have meditations here on gratitude and heart connection. Try it today and see how it feels

So if you're feeling a tiny bit down and not 100% like yourself and you're just not feeling it today and that happens because that's life,
One of the easiest hacks that you can do is obviously meditate.
Super wildly important.
But something you can do in action throughout your daily life is just to be a service.
And this doesn't mean you have to go out and work at a food shelter or donate tons of money.
It just means to show kindness and appreciation to others.
And what that does is it takes you out of your thoughts and it makes you think about someone else and it gets you closer to your heart.
And when you do that,
What happens is you start to feel better and you get out of the busy mind and you're in a service mode.
I'm very lucky in my job,
Like my main job of teaching,
Is I get to do it all the time because I have students around me and I can just really focus in on them.
And when I do that,
I get out of this and I focus more on the heart.
And then I feel like I realign,
I get into a more coherent state,
And then I get a lot more joy and I'm uplifted.
So I have many meditations on there where it's a gratitude practice or going into the heart.
That works too.
But in daily action,
Take it by just being real,
Opening a door,
Telling someone how great they did at something.
And make it sincere,
Obviously.
And when you say it,
Feel it when you're doing it because it will land so much differently.
I'm not saying we have to go around and be perfect and do this all the time,
But the more we can make our day more of this,
We're going to one,
Impact others and put them in a better state.
And two,
You're actually just benefiting your whole system,
Getting you out of your crazy thoughts and getting you into your heart space,
Which will make you feel more grounded,
Centered,
And enjoy your day.
Let me know how it goes and I hope my meditations and this little bit helps in any way.
