25 Minute Yoga Nidra For Healing

This practice is for healing. Visualization of a rose quartz crystal stream flowing through the body during the rotation of consciousness or body scan. Healing as it flows. An inner refuge journey traveling to the high Scottish hills. The script was prepared for one of the private practice students. Music is played during the practice with Koshi chimes added close to the end to bring you back up through the koshas.
