Welcome to this guided meditation.
Today we're going to focus on working with solar plexus to release anything that needs to be released to have full forgiveness and compassion for yourself.
So this is a short guided meditation.
Find somewhere you can relax for the next 10 minutes somewhere where you won't be interrupted,
And where you feel comfortable.
So before we begin,
We're going to close our eyes.
And we're going to take three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Just allow yourself to have this time now to save space,
This sacred space for you.
And recognize that right here right now,
You're in your own little world,
Fully protected.
Start to feel yourself grounding into this energy into this space.
So that might feel like your seat is feeling very heavy,
Might feel connected to the earth,
To your chair,
To your bed.
Fully connecting into this space.
I want you to now imagine your solar plexus as a ball of light.
So just above your belly button.
This ball of light is shining inside your body.
And you're feeling the ball of yellow light.
And,
You know,
You might feel that it's kind of small right now.
And that's okay.
So now you're going to start to build on the energy here in this solar plexus chakra and start to build the energy that it becomes really easy for you to have compassion for yourself,
Becomes really easy for you to forgive yourself and others.
And then you're going to step into the next chapter to allow you to move forward with full permission to step into who you want to be and what you want to do and where you want to go.
So connect to this ball of light.
Breathe into that ball of light with every breath and every moment of consciousness that you focus on this ball of light,
It begins to grow.
So you're developing this gift of being able to have full compassion and full forgiveness.
So breathe into this light and watch it grow.
Notice as it gets bigger and bigger,
Expanding in your solar plexus,
The light shines brightly not only within you,
But it's now starting to penetrate outside of you too.
This ball of light is almost like a superpower for you now.
It's opening up and healing that sacral chakra,
That solar plexus chakra.
And it's healing the chakra now and opening it up and allowing you to have this superpower where you can easily have compassion for yourself,
You can easily forgive.
It doesn't become a difficult task for you anymore.
The more you focus on this bright light in your solar plexus,
You just find it so much easier to forgive yourself and to forgive others.
The more it grows,
It's almost like a sigh from your mind,
From your body saying thank you.
Now I understand.
Now I can forgive with ease.
I don't even have to think about it anymore.
It just happens for me.
Continue to build connection to this light.
Let it penetrate you inside,
Outside,
Allow it to open up that solar plexus chakra.
Allow it to do what it's here to do.
Allow it to heal.
And this ball of light right here,
Right now,
The one you're connected with,
Is not going anywhere.
It's here to stay.
If you feel like you start to lose connection with it,
You can just do this meditation.
You can just connect in your mind and say,
You know,
I want to connect to my solar plexus.
I want to connect to that ball of light and just imagine for a few moments,
This ball of light.
Allow it to be your anchor for compassion,
For forgiveness and for you connecting to your power fully now going forward.
So we're going to leave this ball of light shining brightly here in our solar plexus.
And you can sense some gratitude for having this ball of light.
Like,
Thank you for allowing me to do this work.
I forgive myself with ease.
I am fully compassionate for myself and for others.
I find it easy to forgive.
I'm ready to step into my power.
And you can take a deep breath now.
Start to come back into the room.
You can feel the air on your face.
Maybe you can start to hear sounds you haven't noticed.
You can wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.
