Welcome to the Awakening of the Warrior meditation.
We're going to begin today by finding a comfortable seated position.
Firmly planting your feet on the ground beneath you.
Making a conscious connection to Mother Earth.
Now I want you to close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Inhaling deeply through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Taking a little bit longer on the exhalation.
Allowing any tension or stress to melt away on every out breath.
Allowing the body to surrender a little bit more on every exhalation.
We begin today setting the intention to awaken the warrior within.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Bring your awareness fully into your body.
Sense the stability within as you draw energy from the earth below you.
Feel the energy rise in the lower half of the body.
Feel the sensations in your toes,
The soles of the feet.
Feel the energy move into your ankles and up through your legs into the lower abdomen.
Filling the hips,
Moving into the solar plexus,
Into the heart,
All the way up to the throat chakra.
Sensing it in the third eye and into the crown.
Feel the power of this energy begin to grow as your soul calls forth the spirit of the warrior.
Calling the imprint from the universal mind all the way into the body,
Into the heart,
Into the mind,
Into the soul.
As you inhale,
Imagine breathing in the essence of the warrior.
And as you exhale,
Release any doubt,
Fear,
Or negativity that may be holding you back.
I want you now to visualize a radiant flame burning brightly,
But not hotly,
Within your root chakra at the base of your tailbone.
This represents the warrior coming to life within you.
The flame symbolizes power,
Courage,
Discipline,
And impeccability,
All in its perfect balance.
See the flame rising from the base of the spine,
Igniting the power of the lower chakras.
Feel the entire abdomen expand with the energy of this flame,
Activating your ability to take decisive action,
To be fully accountable in your everyday life.
See yourself moving through obstacles,
Rising to your challenges,
And doing so with determination and ease.
Now breathe this inner fire into your heart,
Awakening the compassion and joy of the warrior.
You accept the qualities of living the path with heart,
Of joy,
Flexibility,
Acceptance,
And compassion.
Feel the heart expand with this inner fire,
Filling you with the desire to serve and support humanity at this time.
Feel the energy move into the throat chakra,
Receiving the ability to speak with truth,
Integrity,
And courage,
And to give voice to those who may not be heard.
Move this fire up into the third eye and crown chakras.
Accept divine inspiration and align with higher wisdom and truth.
Receive the ability to see through illusions,
To move between the known and unknown worlds.
Allow your perception and your awareness to be heightened.
Feel this ignite your inner world as it deepens your relationship with the universe and invites you to play with the mystery.
Experience the fire moving through your entire being.
Feel the energy pulsating in every cell of your body,
Awakening the warrior within your heart,
Mind,
Body,
And soul.
Repeat this affirmation to yourself and move the words through your entire being.
I am a warrior.
I can move between the known and unknown worlds.
I am powerful,
Disciplined,
And resilient.
I am ready to walk the path with heart.
Feel the power of these affirmations resonating throughout your being.
Allow the warrior to fully emerge within you,
Knowing that it is always there,
Ready to guide and support you whenever it is needed.
Now take a few moments to simply sit in the stillness and bask in the energy of your awakened warrior.
Let it permeate every layer of your physical and energetic bodies.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Take a few moments to express gratitude for the warrior energy and the universal mind from which it came.
Carry the spirit of the warrior with you,
Knowing you can overcome any challenge that comes your way.
With intention and conscious choice,
Tap into the warrior energy whenever you need it.
When you are ready,
Bring your awareness into the room around you.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Shrug your shoulders slightly.
Bring your whole self back into this room,
Back into this moment.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes,
Aware and alert.
