Welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you connect and release any tension or emotions held within your body Find a comfortable and quiet place where you could sit or lie down without any distractions.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and let it out slowly Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Imagine you are standing at the edge of a serene forest.
As you too continue tapping into your breath.
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling.
You're in this rainforest and the trees are tall and majestic their leaves whispering softly in the breeze.
The ground beneath your feet is covered in a soft bed of moss.
Inviting you to walk deeper into this peaceful sanctuary.
As you step forward,
You feel a sense of calm and tranquility wash over you.
Notice the sunlight filtering through the branches.
Creating a dance of light and shadow on the forest floor.
The air is fresh and filled with the earthy scent of the woods.
You find a clearing with a comfortable spot to sit down.
And as you settle in you feel a grounded connection to the earth beneath you.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale.
Let go of any tension you may be holding on to.
Notice what is present in your body at this moment.
Gently scan your body starting from the head down,
Down,
Down,
All the way to your toes.
Notice any sensations tightness or areas of discomfort Where do you feel this in your body?
Focus on the specific area where you sense the most significant presence.
Tension aches or pains might be in your shoulders chest,
Stomach,
Maybe in your head.
Wherever it is.
Sit with it.
In each of these spots.
Notice what shape it is.
Visualize the shape.
Of these sensations.
Is it round?
Is it square?
Is it triangular?
Irregular form?
Is it rough in texture?
Jagged maybe?
See it in your mind's eye.
Now I want you to notice the size of it.
Compare its size to something familiar.
A golf ball,
Soccer ball,
Or any other object.
What does it look like?
Imagine what this sensation would look like if you could see it Does it have a particular appearance or an image that comes to your mind's eye?
Now.
.
.
Tap into.
The color.
What color is it?
Assign a color to this sensation.
It could be bright,
It could be dark,
A mixture of various hues.
Come back to its texture for a moment.
Is it smooth?
Is it rough?
Dense?
Transparent?
Jagged?
Notice the texture.
Now that you have a clear image of this sensation,
Ask yourself.
.
.
Are you willing to be with that just for now?
Allow yourself to be present with this energy without judgment or the need to change it.
Can you breathe acceptance into that energy in your body now?
And allow it to be here Take a deep breath in,
Directing your breath to the area where you feel the sensation As you exhale breathe acceptance into this space.
Allowing it to just be as it is.
Another deep breath in.
Breathing into that sensation feeling it relax a little and a little more receiving this intake of acceptance.
Of this healing.
Of this gentle releasing.
Slowly integrating expanding in that space receiving some more.
And exhaling that sensation out.
Letting your cells receive it.
Notice if your body feels more at ease or if there's any shift in the sensations If you're feeling more ready,
Imagine that sensation slowly dissolving.
And releasing from your body with each breath out visualize it transforming into light or dissipating like mist Now as you continue to breathe deeply and calmly,
Bring your awareness to the connection.
Connection between your body and the earth beneath you Feel the support of Mother Earth's energy rising up to meet you.
Gently filling you from your feet upwards Imagine this grounding energy as a warm,
Nurturing current beginning at the soles of your feet.
And as it flows into your body,
Feel it dissolving any tension or stress held within you.
As the energy moves through your feet and up your ankles and up again into your legs,
Notice any tightness or discomfort simply melting away.
Leaving behind a sense of ease,
Relaxation.
Groundedness.
Connection.
Presence.
As this powerful and yet gentle energy continues to fill you up.
Feel it moving through your hips and your lower back releasing any heaviness or burden or any tension you've been carrying.
Let this energy support you.
Grounding you firmly into the present moment Feel the energy flowing into your abdomen.
Into your chest.
And into your heart centre.
As it moves through these areas,
Imagine it clearing away any lingering worries,
Fear,
Emotional tension filling you instead with a deep sense of safety.
Stability.
Love.
And calm.
With each breath,
Feel your body becoming more rooted.
More connected to the Earth's steady,
Unwavering presence.
Allowing it to transmute and as the energy travels up through your shoulders into the arms and neck continues to release any remaining tension allowing you to feel grounded and yet lighter.
More at ease.
Finally feel the earth's energy reaching up to the top of your head where it gently grounds your mind quieting any racing thoughts.
Tasks to do lists.
Mental chatter Allow yourself to fully release into this grounding energy.
Feeling it anchor you securely in the here and now.
With every inhale,
Draw in more of this supportive energy.
And with every exhale release any last bits of tension or unease.
As you continue to breathe,
Feel your entire being filled with this grounding force.
Stabilizing you within your own body and sense of self.
Feel your presence becoming more solid,
More centered.
You are here in this moment.
Fully connected to the earth beneath you.
Fully present within yourself.
There is a deep sense of calm and stability flowing through you and you are rooted.
Strong and grounded.
Take a few moments to sit quietly.
Noticing how your body feels now and when you're ready Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes Remember,
