Begin by taking a slow deep breath in,
Holding it for a moment and releasing it slowly.
Feel the weight of your body pressing into the surface beneath you,
Grounding you in this moment.
Continue with this deep steady breathing,
Allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
With each exhale Bring your awareness to your feet.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet.
Reaching deep into the earth.
With every breath feel these roots drawing up the earth's strength,
Anchoring you.
And providing a foundation of stability and support.
Let this grounding energy flow up your legs into your core.
Spread throughout your body calming and centering you.
Bring your attention to your heart space,
The center of your being.
Imagine a warm golden light glowing there.
This light is your inner essence.
The part of you that is pure and whole and unchanging.
With each breath,
Feel this light expand,
Filling your chest with warmth and comfort.
And say silently or aloud,
I am here.

Watch them dissolve into the air,

With each breath,

I release what is not mine.
I release the things,
Situations that I cannot control.
I let go of what no longer serves me.
Keep letting these layers fall away completely.
Now bring your focus back to the golden light in your heart See it growing stronger,
Brighter,
Radiating outwards to fill your entire body.
This light is your true self.
Resilient and pure and powerful.
Feel it move through you,
Illuminating every part of your being with warmth,
Love and strength.
Allow memories and moments when you felt truly yourself to surface.
These could be times of joy and peace or moments of alignment Let these memories fill you with a sense of knowing and recognition.
Repeat to yourself,
This is who I am.
I am whole.
I am enough.
I am light.
The golden light glowing throughout your body begin to embrace what makes you unique.
Think of the qualities that are distinctly yours,

Your humor.
