Welcome to this morning energy reset meditation.
This practice will help you awaken your body and mind,
Align your energy and set positive intentions for your day.
Mornings are a time of renewal,
An opportunity to create momentum and embrace the limitless possibilities ahead.
Find a comfortable seated position or lie down if you prefer.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in and know that this time is for you.
For you to energize,
Align and set the tone for the day ahead.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling your chest and belly expand and exhale slowly,
Releasing any heaviness or tension from your body.
If you had a restless sleep or if you had any dreams that made you feel unease upon waking,
Inhale again,
Drawing in fresh energy and exhale.
Letting go of anything that no longer serves you,
Letting go of that restless sleep,
Those feelings of unease.
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Extending deep into the core of earth.
There at the center is a huge amethyst crystal.
Scan your body for any places or spots where you feel there is discomfort or tension and let that tension flow down to the roots and into the core of the earth,
Into the amethyst crystal for transmutation.
In turn,
Feel the gift of the earth's grounding energy rising through these roots,
Flowing into your legs,
Up through your core and spreading throughout your body,
Sending this delightful healing energy into any of the spots where you experienced comfort.
Filling these spots back up with whatever it is that you need.
This energy anchors you,
Steadying you for the day ahead.
Now turn your attention to the crown of your head.
Visualize a warm golden light gently pouring down from above,
Entering through the top of your head.
This light represents the energy of renewal and possibility.
Feel it moving through your body,
Mingling with the earth's grounding energy,
Creating a balance between stability and vitality.
Bring your awareness to your physical body.
Begin at your toes,
Wiggling them slightly to bring life into your feet.
Imagine the golden light traveling into your toes,
Awakening them with warmth and energy.
Let it flow upward to your ankles,
Calves and knees,
Loosening any stiffness and filling these areas with the vibrant energy.
Tapping into the life-giving energy,
The frequency of the sun.
Let it give life to you,
To the cells in your body.
Allow it to energize and uplift you.
Move your awareness to your thighs,
Hips and lower back.
Feel the light gently stretching and awakening these areas,
Releasing any leftover tension or tightness.
Now bring the light to your abdomen and chest.
With each inhale,
Feel your belly and chest expand,
Drawing in fresh invigorating energy.
With each exhale,
Release any lingering tension or fatigue.
Let the light flow into your arms and hands and fingers,
Awakening them gently.
Then bring it up to your neck,
Your jaw and face.
Feel the muscles of your face soften,
Your jaw relax and your forehead smooth.
Take a moment to relax your scalp and as you intentionally do this,
Feel your scalp tingling while relaxing the light energy,
Bringing blood flow to all the areas of your body.
Finally,
Let the light completely fill your head and your mind.
Picture your mind becoming clear and focused,
Ready to embrace the day.
Now let's activate your energy through breath.
Let's begin with a breath work exercise to awaken your body and mind,
Inviting in fresh energy.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Feel the air expanding your chest and the belly as you inhale.
Hold this breath at the top for a slow count of three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Allow the energy of the breath to settle in your body and exhale forcefully through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension or fatigue.
Visualize any heaviness leaving your body with each breath out.
Let's do this together two more times.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Hold for three,
Two,
One.
Exhale forcefully through your mouth.
Feel your body growing lighter and more alive.
One last time,
Breathe in fully and deeply.
Hold for three,
Two,
One.
Exhale releasing any remaining tension or heaviness.
Now let's transition to a steady rhythmic breathing pattern.
Inhale deeply through your nose for a slow count of four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold the breath for a count of four.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale gently through the mouth for a count of four.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold one,
Two,

Four.

Four.
As you continue this pattern,
Feel your breath creating balance within you.
Each inhale fills your body with fresh energy while each exhale releases any lingering tension or fatigue.
Allow your breath to flow naturally,
Steady and smooth.
With each cycle,
Notice your body becoming more awake,
Your mind clearer and your energy beginning to rise.
Stay with this breathing for a few moments,
Letting it work its magic.
As you breathe,
Silently say,
I breathe in energy and vitality.
I breathe out heaviness or fatigue.
Let your breath connect you to the present moment,
Filling you with energy and clarity.
Keep breathing.
Now in your mind's eye,
Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful open space.
The Sun is rising,
Casting its golden light across the landscape.
You feel its warmth on your skin,
Energizing and uplifting you.
As the Sun rises higher,
Imagine its rays shining directly into your body,
Filling you with light and vitality.
With every inhale,
You draw in that sunlight and with every exhale,
You radiate it outward.
Picture yourself glowing with this energy,
Vibrant and alive.
Now visualize your day ahead.
See yourself moving through your morning with ease and focus,
Tackling tasks with confidence and joy.
Picture yourself connecting with others with kindness and positivity.
Imagine the entire day flowing effortlessly,
Filling with moments of inspiration,
Laughter and accomplishment.
Embrace today with energy,
Positivity and purpose.
Bring your attention back to your heart space.
Place your hands gently over your chest,
Feeling the warmth of your hands and the steady rhythm of your heartbeat.
Reflect on your intention for the day.
What energy do you want to carry with you?
What qualities do you wish to embody?

Let these intentions arise naturally and say silently to yourself,
Today I choose.
Insert your intention.
