Welcome to this sacred meditation.

Today we will journey into a space of deep healing where we'll gently release the energetic ties,

Cords that bind us to someone,

Something or some place that no longer serves our highest good.

These cords may be connected to a person who has caused us pain or a situation from the past that keeps replaying in the background of your life or even to unhealthy attachments,

Habits or patterns that you're ready to let go of.

Cord cutting is not about erasing people or experiences.

It's about releasing unhealthy energetic attachments so that you can reclaim your power,

Feel lighter,

Freer and more grounded in who you truly are.

In this space,

You are safe,

Supported and surrounded by love.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply and as you exhale,

Let your shoulders drop,

Your face soften and your belly relax.

Allow your breath to carry you into stillness and let yourself arrive fully here.

As you continue to breathe naturally,

Bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.

Visualize roots extending from your feet,

Reaching deep into the earth.

Feel yourself grounded,

Steady,

Held.

Draw this energy up from the earth and through your legs,

Into your hips,

Up and into your belly and chest,

All the way to the crown of your head.

Let it calm your nervous system and help you feel safe in your body.

With each breath,

Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into peace.

Now envision a gentle light beginning to surround you,

Soft,

Golden and warm.

This light forms a protective cocoon around your entire body.

It is here to hold you,

To guide you and to shield you from anything that is not yours.

You are surrounded by your guides,

Ancestors and higher self.

You are deeply loved and supported.

Repeat this silently or aloud.

May only love,

Truth and healing be present in this space.

Gently bring to mind the person,

Place,

Situation or attachment that you are ready to release.

There is no need to force or overthink.

Whatever arises is perfect.

Visualize yourself standing in a quiet,

Neutral space.

Perhaps a clearing,

A shoreline,

A vast field.

A few feet in front of you is the energy you wish to release.

It may appear as a person,

A symbol,

A memory or even just a sensation.

Between you is a cord of energy connecting the two of you.

The cord may be thick or thin,

Tangled or smooth,

Glowing or dim.

This cord represents the energetic tie that still exists.

Take a moment to observe it.

Where is it connected in your body and where does it lead?

How does it feel?

Breathe into any sensations that arise with compassion.

There is no shame here,

Only loving awareness.

Now bring your hands to your heart.

Acknowledge that this cord may have once served a purpose.

Maybe it taught you something,

Protected you or held a form of connection.

But now it no longer serves your highest path.

Now it is time to lovingly release it.

Silently say to yourself,

I thank you for the role you've played in my life,

But I no longer need to carry this connection.

I am ready to release it and reclaim my energy.

Take a deep breath in and exhale,

Softening even more.

Now visualize in your hand a pair of golden scissors or any sacred tool that feels right to you.

This tool carries the pure energy of truth,

Clarity and love.

With a clear and loving heart,

Bring the tool to the cord that connects you.

Breathe in deeply and as you exhale,

Gently cut the cord.

See it separate cleanly with grace and feel the energy between you shift immediately.

Say silently or aloud,

With love and gratitude I release you.

I free myself from this connection.

May we both find peace,

Healing and light.

Watch as the other end of the cord gently dissolves or floats away,

Returning to the universe to be transmuted into light.

Now bring your focus back to the area of your body where the cord had been attached.

Visualize a soft,

Healing light entering this space.

Healing,

Soothing and restoring you completely.

With the cord now released,

Feel your own energy returning to you.

Draw it back from where it was scattered,

Calling it home with love.

Visualize streams of golden light flowing back into your body,

Into your heart,

Your belly,

Your mind.

Every cell of your being fills with your own clear,

Pure essence.

Say silently,

I call all parts of myself home.

I reclaim my power.

I am whole.

Pause and allow yourself to receive the full sensation of your own energy returning to you.

Let it feel expansive,

Empowering,

Peaceful.

Take a few breaths to integrate.

Let your body rest in this state of wholeness,

Like the calm after a healing rain.

You may feel lighter,

Clearer or more spacious,

Or simply peaceful.

Just allow yourself to be here.

Whole.

Reconnected.

Restored.

Place your hands over your heart once more.

Feel the steady rhythm beneath your palms.

You are safe.

You are whole.

You are free.

This healing is now complete.

When you feel ready,

Begin to bring gentle awareness back to your physical body.

Feel the support beneath you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a final deep breath in.

And exhale softly.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and carry this clarity and light with you.
