Start by taking a deep breath through your nose,
Hold gently at the top,
And exhale softly through your mouth.
Let yourself begin to arrive.
Feel the weight of your body being held,
Supported,
Grounded,
And safe.
Take another deep breath in,
And exhale anything that's not yours to carry.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Unclench your jaw,
Soften the space between your brows.
With each breath,
You melt deeper into presence.
You don't need to do anything,
Just be here.

I am here.

I am enough.
