Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Hold and release.
Ignore any of the background noises that are happening around you,
Ignore the thoughts
that keep popping up in your mind,
Erase the to-do list from your mind,
The appointments
and meetings you have to be at today,
The tasks you have to do,
Just erase them from
your mind.
Any thoughts that pop up for you just think of them like clouds in the sky,
Acknowledge
them and watch them drift and pass by,
Let your mind know that you will get to them today
but for the next moment in time it's just you and the black space around you.
Take a look around you and acknowledge the dark space,
The dark space to the left,
The
dark space to the right,
The dark space in front of you and imagine the dark space behind
you.
You are in the middle of nowhere and right now you are in no time.
Take a big breath in,
Imagine from the bottom of your spine all the way up,
Spine to the
back of your neck into your head and release.
Take another deep breath in from the bottom of your spine,
Imagine it like a straw going
all the way up your spine to the back of your neck into your head and hold,
Now release.
One more deep breath from the bottom of your spine all the way up,
Up to the back of your
neck into your head and hold and release.
Now I want you to visualize yourself sitting somewhere in nature,
You're sitting around
luscious green trees deeply rooted into the earth around you,
You can feel the ground
beneath you and you get to choose what type of weather it is today,
What's your favorite
type of weather,
Is it hot,
Is it cool,
Is it snowing,
Whatever you've decided I want
you to visualize it and feel what it feels like when you're sitting in nature with your
favorite type of weather.
How do you feel right now,
Do you feel happy,
Do you feel at home?
As you look around and you see all the trees and you feel the ground beneath you and you
can hear the birds around you singing and dancing,
You know there is just so much wisdom
around you embedded into the DNA of the nature that's surrounding you.
And whatever it is that you have to do after this meditation it can wait because the next
few minutes is just for you and the universe to have a conversation.
Take a deep breath in all the way from the bottom of your spine up your back through
to the back of your neck into your head and hold and release.
Right now you have a burning question to ask the universe and it's very important that
you know the answer to that question today.
So I want you to repeat after me and really feel the words as you say them whether you
say them out loud or in your mind,
It's important you're present when you ask the universe for
what your sign is.
Now in a moment you're going to ask and the first thing that pops up into your mind's
eye,
I want you to take note of that,
Don't judge it,
Don't pretend that's not it and
try and think of something else,
I just want you to acknowledge the first thing whether
it's a symbol or a word or an animal or a thing,
Whatever it is that pops up that is
going to be your little wink from the universe.
Now take one big breath in from the bottom of your spine all the way up and hold,
Feel
your heart beating and release and repeat after me,
Universe I would love to know what
my universal sign is,
I'm not going to judge what it is,
What pops up into my mind's eye,
I won't try and change it,
I understand that this is the sign for me.
This is my universal sign.
Now whatever has popped up in your mind take note,
I want you to think universe,
Now we're
going to tell the universe that today we want to see a sign,
It may not be the universal
sign that you have just been given but it's going to be a little sign,
Something that's
just a little nudge from the universe to let you know that she's paying attention and that
she sees you and that she supports you and to let you know she has your back.
So let's ask for that sign now,
Repeat after me,
Thank you universe for my sign,
I promise
I will not look for it,
I will not go about my day hoping it pops up,
I understand that
you will show me my sign when I need to see it,
When I least expect it but today I'd love
to see a small sign from you to let me know that I am on path,
I have my correct universal
sign,
Just a small wink from you to let me know that everything's going to be okay.
I won't expect it,
I won't look for it but when I see it I'll know it's from you.
Okay take one last deep breath in,
All the way up your spine into the back of your neck,
Hold it in your head and release,
Put your left hand over your heart,
Smile and you can
open your eyes when you're ready.
