This guided meditation will focus on replacing our impulsive desires with conscious ones. It’s natural to have desires. Our actions are motivated by our desires. Without desire, we lack the fire that it takes to manifest action. And yet, many of us can be confused and sometimes disappointed by our desires. Often, our desires can lead to stress, anger, resentment, and more. You may wonder, is desire a bad thing? No! Having desire is not wrong. Having an impulsive desire is the problem. We need conscious desire to nurture our happiness and spiritual growth.
