Today's meditation is going to be about gratitude.

We'll be focusing on the heart chakra and we'll be asking ourselves,

What am I grateful for?

To prepare for this meditation,

Find yourself a comfortable,

Clean space.

I hope you're wearing something relaxed,

Something comfortable.

If you want,

You could keep a glass of water next to you,

Maybe a diary and pen next to you.

If you have any reflections that you want to write after the meditation,

You could do that.

This meditation is not about fixing anything or finding an overnight solution to something.

It's about connecting with your heart,

Counting your blessings,

Reclaiming your strength and trusting the process of your life.

Let's start this meditation with love,

Joy and openness to all the possibilities.

I am Janresh Bharadwaj and this is Break The Noms.

As we begin this meditation,

Take a moment to be relaxed.

Let go of any expectations,

Any self doubts,

Any thoughts that may limit this experience for you today.

And simply breathe in,

Breathe out and continue to relax in this exact moment.

No need to go into the past,

No need to project anything in the future.

Just taste how this present moment is right now and stay with it.

And now slowly,

Gently bring your attention around your heart center.

As you bring your awareness and attention to the heart,

Don't judge your heart.

Don't think about things that you want to fix in your heart.

Simply witness and be aware of your heartbeats.

Continue to be a witness of your heart.

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to heal,

Nothing to seek,

Nothing to demand.

Just witnessing.

As you make this conscious connect with your heart,

Relax rest of your body and start to feel your breathing,

Effortless breathing,

Moving in and out.

In a few moments,

We'll begin the conscious breathing.

Keeping complete awareness on the heart,

Gently inhale your breath.

And through the nostrils,

Exhale.

Again inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

One more time,

Inhale,

Exhale.

You may continue to breathe in,

Breathe out at your own effortless pace.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Witness your breathing,

Witness your body,

Witness the thoughts as they come and go.

Stay fully aware of all the comfort and discomfort in the body.

Keeping your awareness on the heart,

Ask yourself,

What am I grateful for?

What am I grateful for?

Don't feel the need to find any perfect answer for this question.

Simply witness all that's showing up.

What am I grateful for?

And now,

Allow this question to sink with your awareness,

To blend with your breathing.

As you continue to breathe in and out,

Be fully aware of all the answers that will continue to show up.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Witness your heartbeats.

As you meditate on your gratitude,

Understand you are not moving from imperfection to perfection.

You are moving from perfection to perfection.

You are perfect the way you are.

You are enough the way you are.

Embrace your light and your darkness and continue to witness the gratitude that's showing up this moment for you.

As we conclude this meditation practice,

You may place your hands on your heart.

Acknowledge the question,

What am I grateful for?

And take a moment to simply be grateful for this experience that we share together.

Be grateful for your health,

For this present moment awareness and so much unseen powerful awareness within you and around you.

You may continue to meditate even after this audio ends.

And may you continue to find your gratitude and your highest strength in your awareness.

I hope this podcast may travel through the untapped universe of your darkness,

Light,

Courage,

Passion and so much more.

Please do subscribe and be ready to break your norms.

I am so excited and very honored to be part of your sacred journey through this podcast.
