Trust is an important ingredient for a happy life.

If you want to heal,

You must begin to trust.

Trusting the process of life can be both a gentle and tough process at the same time.

Don't let old painful experiences block your ability to trust.

Just because the past has been tough and disappointing,

That doesn't mean it will always be that way.

Let's begin this healing guided meditation with a deep breath.

Make yourself comfortable.

Open your heart to this experience.

Let's seek guidance from all the known and unknown sources of wisdom around us.

Take a few moments to notice your heartbeat.

Listen to your heart for the next few moments.

Be okay with how it feels.

Move into this meditation with trust and love for yourself.

If you cannot trust yourself,

You won't be able to trust others.

Trust your hopes.

Trust your pains.

Trust your desires.

Trust your struggles.

Embrace yourself in all totality.

Dive deeper into your heart.

As you dive deeper,

Be aware of your awareness.

Be aware of each breath.

With each inhale,

Embrace trust.

With each exhale,

Radiate love.

As you breathe in and out,

Let go of all the past experiences that have blocked your trust.

Let go of that moment that moved you away from trust.

Learn the lesson.

Move on.

Let go of that moment that moved you away from trust.

Let go of that moment that moved you away from trust.

Let go of that moment that moved you away from trust.

Continue to breathe in and breathe out.

Remember to trust the process of your life.

You may feel lost at times,

But that's how you will end up finding yourself.

As we conclude this meditation,

Take a moment to experience gratitude.

Take a moment to trust.

Sit in silence for another few minutes before you resume other activities.
