A powerful Somatic Breathwork Journey to truly feel just how worthy you are. You will feel the depth of the love and abundance that is available to you and feel free to finally release anything that you've taken on that keeps you stuck feeling unloved. Abundance and bliss are your birthright and this journey will quickly remind you of that truth.

Welcome family.
As you settle into your practice,
Finding either a comfortable lying down position,
Or seated with back and head support,
Making sure you're not driving or operating machinery for this practice.
Any movement that helps you to settle into stillness.
And as you find your way to that still place,
Just taking a few moments to just notice the movement that your natural,
Normal breath creates as it flows in and out of the body.
Simply using this gentle focus of the breath as a tool to start to bring your mind's activity inward,
Just for the few minutes of this practice.
We'll be utilizing an active breath,
Breathing in either through the nose or mouth as deeply and expansively as possible.
So all your energy on the inhale,
And then just passively exhaling out the mouth.
As always,
Breathe in a way that feels it best serves you in the present moment.
This is your practice always.
We'll just take three deep cleansing breaths together before we settle into the active breath.
So at your pace,
Finding a deep belly inhale through the nose,
Really fill it up.
And just sigh it out,
Let it go.
Two more like that,
Maybe even a little deeper,
Fuller breath.
Then just sigh it out,
Let it go.
One more,
Maybe the deepest,
Fullest breath yet of your entire week,
Maybe even month.
Then just softly let it go,
Easing into the active breath.
As you settle into your breath,
Really try to feel the profoundness of each and every inhale and exhale.
Really feeling just how precious and life-giving each and every breath is.
Feeling truly how rare it is just to have access to this breath in this moment.
Considering that within the endless expanse of space,
Which is by its essence completely void of oxygen,
That somehow somewhere exists this one tiny blue and green speck of a planet that offers an abundance of this rare resource that we call oxygen.
So much of this precious life-giving oxygen indeed,
That no matter where you travel on its surface,
There is always more than you could ever need,
More than you can ever consume.
This tiny life-giving speck is you.
Just feeling that,
Wow,
What are the odds of all the limitless possibilities amongst probabilities so small the mind couldn't even comprehend.
That it's you that is here right now.
It's you that was given this beautiful life,
Given freely this precious breath.
You haven't earned it,
This breath,
Nor will you ever have to.
You'll never need to bargain or plead for it.
It was,
Is,
And always will be given freely.
Surely the question arises,
Well how?
Why you?
Why me?
Why now?
The truth and the answer lie deeper than the mind can reach,
Further than the ego could ever extend.
For this truth is so profound,
So precious,
It can only be felt in the heart.
It can only be experienced as the one true love,
Not some superficial conditional love.
No,
It cannot be awarded nor taken away.
It cannot be replicated nor reduced.
It is all-present,
All-compassionate,
Just and fair.
It understands nothing of wealth or status.
It belongs to you,
Same as it belongs to me.
All of us are worthy of it and none of us are beyond its reach.
In fact,
In all of this life,
There is nothing that exists beyond it.
Yes,
Even in the deepest depths,
Within all the pain and sorrow,
It is there.
It's right there,
Unwavering.
It does not want nor ask for anything in return.
For a love such as this,
So rare,
So sacred and divine,
What could it possibly seek but only to expand?
Surely this,
This is why you are here.
This is why you have been given full,
Limitless access.
For only a being as precious as you,
With this beautiful,
Luminous light could ever expand such love.
Your worthiness of it is beyond all measure.
For it is worth it.
You simply wouldn't have access to this beautiful gift of life.
You wouldn't have access to this next breath.
As it expands into your lungs,
Let it serve as a reminder of the love and the radiance that belongs to you.
And even more so is yours through which to create,
To grow and expand.
With this heart of hearts that you've been given,
One instrument to share,
To express from your true essence.
Though you share in this same love with all of life,
You are shaping it,
In more use it,
To use this breath and express this love.
It is far too precious a gift to waste.
Can you feel in this moment,
Even through all the lies that you aren't enough,
That you aren't worth the garbage that's been projected on you.
Can you let the truth of this next breath serve as life's declaration of the immensity of your value and the depth of your worth.
It is of the love that is always within you and is always accessible to you.
As this next breath fills your lungs and your entire life,
Simply consider the precious,
Intricate web that made this breath possible.
That made this entire life possible.
Just feel that.
Feel the countless living beings.
Both the seen and the unseen.
The understood as well as the unfathomable.
Each and every one of them striving,
Giving every ounce of their energy so freely to make this breath,
Your breath,
Powering trees to the microscopic diatoms.
Each playing a precious role in what makes all of this life possible.
And then amongst all of it,
Right in the middle of all of it,
You who sings to the trees and feeds their roots with your love.
Can you feel how this breath,
Your breath,
Everything that love holds dear,
It receives and gives this love of life with each inhale,
With each exhale.
Can you really feel that?
Don't think about it.
It can only be felt to feel how truly and effortlessly you give just as much as you take without even trying to.
It feeds the rest of this life just as deeply and freely as it feeds you.
That is the nature of this existence.
It loves all and rejects none.
And right there existing,
Thriving in the middle of all that love,
Right there smack in the middle of it,
Is you.
Let's take one more full deep belly breath.
When you're ready,
Deep inhale,
Fill it up as much as you can,
Sip in a little more.
And then exhale,
Let it go side out.
Holding at the bottom,
Completely empty,
Just allow yourself to settle.
Melt into the depth of this love that is already within you,
The expansiveness of it.
Not thinking about it,
But just feeling it.
Feel the love of this earth holding you,
Embracing you.
No matter how high you reach or jump,
She's always right there to pull you back into her embrace.
Can you feel that pull right now?
Feel how all of life,
All of it is always being drawn back into one core,
Nurtured and cared for by one source,
For no reason other than pure,
Unconditional love.
And as you take this next breath,
Remember that if you were not loved and not worthy,
You simply wouldn't be able to take it.
So when you feel ready,
Take this inhale,
Take it in and receive,
Allow yourself to receive all of the abundance,
All of the life force energy,
All of the love within it.
And then exhale,
Just let that go.
Returning back to your natural,
Normal breath.
Settling in through just a few more intentional breaths.
Breathing into the true abundance of this moment,
As well as every single moment to come.
Feel right now how you are already a part of it,
Already worthy of it,
Exactly as you are,
Without going anywhere,
Achieving anything.
And let each and every breath you take serve as your proof of this worth.
Take as much time as you need right where you are.
Whenever you feel ready,
Finding slow,
Gentle movement,
Maybe a big morning stretch,
Just slowly coming back to the present moment.
Settling in just a little more expansively into this innate abundance that is your birthright.
Eventually on your time,
Arriving fully by allowing the eyes to gently flutter back open.
