Welcome family to your AM ignition.

So just settling in either seated or lying down.

Taking a few moments to just notice your natural normal breath.

We're gonna move into an active box breath.

Let's just take one deep cleansing breath to settle in.

Deep inhale,

Fill it up.

Then exhale,

Just sigh it out.

Next inhale on me in 3,

Breathe in 2,

Hold 2,

1.

Breathe out 2,

1.

Hold 2,

1.

In 2,

Hold 2,

And out 2,

Then taking a full deep belly inhale.

Fill it up.

Sip it even a little more at the top.

A little more.

Then holding right here.

Feel this activation that you have created.

The same energy that you woke up with this morning.

But through this breath you have started to consciously shift the vibrational frequency of this energy.

Just noticing that shift.

No need to judge it,

Perceive it in any way.

Just allowing yourself to sit with it.

Notice it just for a few more moments here.

And then exhale.

Just sigh it out.

Let it go.

One deep cleansing breath to reset.

Full belly inhale.

Fill it up.

Then just sigh it out.

Let it go.

We're going to activate a little more hold here.

Breathing in for 2,

Out for 2.

Next inhale on my count.

Breathe in 2,

Breathe in 2,

Breathe in.

Really fill it up.

Then breathe out.

Force it out.

Let it go.

Clear it all out.

Let it go.

Deep inhale.

Fill it up.

Holding here at the top.

Now squeeze this hold.

Squeeze your belly.

Squeeze your fists.

Feel your entire body really pulsing.

Really activating.

Feeling that buzzing that you have created.

And then exhale.

Just sigh that out.

Let it go.

One more round of that technique.

Holding just a little longer here at the bottom.

Alright.

Next inhale on me.

I'm going to breathe with you.

Breathe in and out.

In and out.

One more deep inhale.

Fill it up.

Holding once more at the top.

Engage once more in this hold.

Feel everything engaging.

Feel everything activating.

Feel yourself accessing that innate abundance and potential that is all ready within you.

Feel this hold.

Buzzing,

Feeding oxygen to your heart,

To your brain.

Every cell within you just being rushed with this beautiful loving life force energy.

Just feel that.

And then exhale.

Sigh it out.

Let it go.

Returning to your natural,

Normal breath.

Really feeling this shift that you have created.

Carrying it with you for the rest of your day.
