Welcome family.
As you arrive in your lying down position,
Just finding any gentle movement that helps you to settle in a little more comfortably.
Finding stillness in your own perfect time.
As you arrive at that still place,
Taking a few moments here to just notice the movement that your natural,
Normal breath creates as it flows in and out of the body.
Allowing this focus of the breath to be a simple tool to just bring the mind's attention inward.
Creating some space from all those external influences that are not you.
Just so that you can arrive here exactly as you are and you can just show up for yourself just over these next 12-13 minutes.
We'll be using a deep,
Active breath today.
Breathing in and out through the mouth.
Really expanding as much into the belly as you can.
Really intentional inhale.
And just passively letting go through the exhale.
But as always,
Breathe in a way that's life affirming for you.
That serves you in the present moment.
This is your practice.
Let's just take one deep,
Cleansing breath together before we settle into the active breath.
So at your pace,
Full deep belly inhale.
And then exhale,
Just sigh it out.
Easing into the active breath.
Neither fight to exist nor hide when called upon.
Without judgment or expectation.
I love a feeling,
Memory or sensation.
This too is part of the process.
So just noticing as the unattached observer.
Allowing for awareness to slowly arise from the depths of unconsciousness.
And for now,
Just observing.
Whatever's coming up for you.
Try to imagine it floating by like an old polaroid caught in a gentle breeze.
None are good or bad.
There's no need to chase or grasp onto them.
So noticing just with this playful curiosity.
And not through effort or force but through true presence.
Sit with that source and just see it.
I know it's hard and probably even scary.
But try to just see all of it for what it is.
You are not alone in this,
I promise you.
This is part of the human experience.
It is a universal struggle but it is yours to walk.
It is yours to decide.
So in this moment with this breath,
What are you going to do with it?
Perhaps you can start to see it through new eyes.
Through lens not clouded by guilt and shame truth.
See what has felt like the weight of guilt instead now as a guiding light.
Really receive the guidance and support that is there for you.
Losing your way is part of the journey.
A necessary part of it.
And you can choose right now to just let go.
This power,
It is yours by divine right.
But it is your choice alone whether to wield it.
Alright family,
We're going to take in one final inhale and hold it at the top.
One more full belly breath fill it up and then hold onto it.
Using this hold to now pay homage to all of your trials struggles,
Everything that you've held onto that has before felt like a burden.
Now thanking each and every one of them for their invaluable lessons and beautiful guidance.
Seeing them as stones that before weighed you down but that have now been laid at your feet as stepping stones.
Which will empower and elevate you into this incredible and profound person that you were always meant to be.
Exhale,
Just let that go.
Let it go,
Returning to your natural normal breath.
Taking just a few moments to settle fully into the truth of this abundance that rests within every cell of your being.
No matter how many times you fail or fall.
No matter how broken or shattered you may feel.
Guilt and shame cannot stand in the light of your true abundance.
They have no power here.
No blemish or stain could ever dim this light.
It is yours now and always.
When you feel ready very gently.
Just bringing movement back into the body.
Very slowly coming back.
No rush at all.
Whenever you feel ready.
Allowing the eyes to slowly flutter back open.
Returning graciously fully into this present moment.
