How do you talk?
And communicate.
Authentically.
I'd be curious to know what you think or what your immediate thought is.
Or maybe if you envision yourself doing it.
How do you envision yourself communicating when you are communicating authentically versus inauthentically?
And maybe that is dependent on the people you're with or the context that you're in.
What contexts make you feel like you can communicate very authentically and naturally.
And what context,
Or maybe what people,
Are you around that make you feel inauthentic?
Could consider that for a moment.
Just considering that for myself,
I noticed maybe when I am being inauthentic or forced or contrived.
Tends to be a place where maybe I don't feel safe or where I feel like I'm going to be judged,
Potentially.
Or maybe I just have chosen that I don't really care so much to have an authentic interaction in this situation.
So I might close myself off to it preemptively.
Those are two.
But what would it be like right now?
I mean,
We're here together.
Virtually,
But if you could just feel into the possibility of us sitting in this room,
This is my sunroom that we're in,
And just being together,
Not having to say anything,
Not having to fill the space.
What would you say to me?
That could be nice.
To not have to say anything,
Just be in silence together.
It can be so nice to be in silence with somebody.
And you're still very much together,
But you don't have to say anything,
And you don't have to fill the space.
And you can,
When you have something to say.
So,
Is there anything you would say to me,
Or ask me?
You can feel free to in the comments.
Or feel free to share what context you feel most authentic and relaxed and natural,
And what contexts make you feel not that way.
