Let's take a moment to settle in.
You can make any adjustments in the body that allow you to release and let go of whatever you're holding on to.
And you might take a couple of deep inhales and exhales.
Also allowing the eyes to close when the moment feels right.
And just dropping fully into this one moment we're in together.
Now I'd like you to imagine your most evolved self,
Your most successful self,
The you that has accomplished all you wish to accomplish,
The you that is perfectly fulfilled.
Just notice what they look like in your mind.
You might notice their appearance and maybe what they're wearing.
Might be exactly as you are now or maybe something is quite different.
Notice their surroundings,
Where they are,
Maybe what they're doing.
And now see if they have anything to share with you,
This highest self.
They might have something just to say or maybe to ask or maybe it's just a symbolic object.
Just notice whatever this is that they have to share with you now and receive it.
And you can take a few more deep breaths here and really feel into and realize that this highest self is inside you.
And it's up to you to allow this highest self to be released and expressed and manifest into the world.
If you like you can come back to this exercise and it will always be at least a little bit different to help you remember and embody your highest self.
Now whenever you're ready,
You can gradually allow the eyes to open back up and take a few more deep breaths,
Really feeling into this experience and maybe committing to expressing your highest self in the world today.
