Transcript

Come to a comfortable seated position with the legs crossed and a straight spine.

Tuck the chin back slightly so that the head is aligned just over the spine.

Press the pads of the thumbs,

The pointer,

And middle finger together.

The pinky and ring finger will be separate and spread wide.

Take this Muzur,

The hand position,

And place it a few inches in front of the heart center,

So the thumbs point straight back towards the chest.

The other two fingers point away and at a 60 degree angle to the earth,

But don't touch.

The elbows are relaxed by the side of the ribcage in a natural state.

Close the eyes and roll the eyes upward so they're looking at the top of the head through the crown.

Breathe through the nose,

Inhale as long and deep as possible.

Suspend the breath and hold as long as possible.

Exhale,

Long and slow and complete.

This is what is known as conscious breathing.

Continuing with this long inhale in as deep as possible,

Suspending the breath at the top,

Holding as long as possible,

And exhaling long and slow and complete as possible.

Focus at the crown of your head and the flow of the breath.

You can imagine the healing light flowing through the breath,

Through the crown of the head.

This meditation is said to make you a very beautiful natural healer.

Practice this meditation regularly to become perfectly healthy and wise.

Continue with this breath and we'll meet together to conclude at the end.

Take a deep breath in,

And exhale.
