We do not need to hold this negativity in our bodies.

Sometimes I hold on to things I no longer need.
I am ready to release negativity and allow it to dissolve.
I have the capacity to release what I have absorbed.
It is possible to expel the negativity from my cells even if it has lived there for a long time.
I release control,
Guilt,
And anger.
I cannot control what other people say or do,
No matter how much I want to.
I have power over my life.
I am responsible for how I act in the face of my life's circumstances.
I am responsible for how I communicate.
I am responsible for what outside elements like media,
Thoughts,
And food I put into my body and mind.
I release my need to be right.
In its place,
I invite trust and love.
I am free.
I release guilt.
I recognize that I may feel guilt from past events.
I release my guilt over the past.
I breathe in forgiveness and I breathe out guilt.
I forgive myself.
I forgive others.
I am willing to be at peace with myself and everyone.
I acknowledge that at times I have feelings of anger or resentment.
I honor my feelings.
I love these feelings.
I release my anger.
I choose freedom over resentment.
I choose compassion over impatience.
I choose acceptance over anger.
I release feelings that do not serve me with a big exhale.
I replace any negative feelings towards others with love for myself.
I am masterful at producing positivity.
I am enough.
I have always been enough.
I love myself fully.
I am a beacon of love and compassion.
I am the source of my own light.
I am a luminary.
