Welcome to your hip pain relief meditation.
My name is Kaylin,
And I'll be breathing with you today.
It is said that trauma from many lifetimes is carried in our hips.
Our bloodline runs deep with many wounds,
And we often carry that weight for ourself and others.
The hips are connected to the energy center that governs creativity,
Our sacral chakra.
The hips can also be tied to old memories and uncomfortable emotions that we just keep allowing in.
Looking back,
There are many times we have pitched our struggles right to our sides,
And it just becomes burdensome.
Things can get out of balance,
Causing pain,
Especially if we're carrying a lot.
So today,
We're going to lift that weight and clear out some heavy energy So today,
We're going to lift that weight and clear out some heavy energy associated with the hips.
I invite you to just set a few things down today and breathe with me.
We're going to begin with a few deep breaths.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Breathing into the belly.
Deep breath in,
Hold at the top.
And let it out slow,
And hold at the bottom.
Another deep breath in,
And as you hold this breath,
Focus your attention at your hips.
And release the breath slowly,
Just keeping your awareness there with acceptance for where you are today.
And one more deep,
Deep breath,
Feeling the belly rise,
Feeling the relaxation from this.
And on the out breath,
We say,
I release.
Setting the intention to ask for relief.
Keep breathing deeply with intention and awareness.
And let's get some answers to these questions.
Where am I heading in my life?
And breathe.
What's holding me back from what I truly want?
Where do I feel stuck emotionally?
Do I feel connected to myself and my loved ones?
Breathing into these answers.
What am I holding on to that I need to set down?
Just breathe and let these answers come to you without judgment.
Good.
I encourage you to sit or lie down and move through this breath.
Movement can break up stuck energy and allow it to leave the body,
So do what you can.
We're going to breathe into the sacral chakra now.
The space connecting the hips.
The creative side.
So let's just slowly roll the hips in some circles.
Front to back,
Round and round.
Small circles as best we can.
We start one way and we breathe.
And then turn it around,
Go the other way and breathe.
Do what feels best for you.
And I encourage you to let whatever comes up come and let whatever needs to go,
Go.
Breathing into these hip circles.
Today I accept myself and all my bloodline before me.
I release anything that is not mine to carry.
And I invite all that is best for my highest good in now.
And just keep circling these hips.
Breathing with intention and awareness at your sacral chakra.
Feeling inspiration,
Passion.
Good.
Give the hips a break and just breathe.
Step into your body and check in.
Do you feel pain,
Emotion?
Meet yourself where you are with full acceptance.
We're going to raise the vibration now and invite love to replace any pain.
We're going to breathe in,
Bringing energy into the hips.
So first let's focus on the right hip.
Breathing into this area.
You may place your hands on your right hip for some self love reiki.
And just imagine your right hip has a beautiful white light surrounding it.
Just lean into the right hip right now.
Stretch.
Maybe open and lean right into that right hip.
Allowing the white light to spread and amplify,
Expanding its healing powers.
And we're going to send some love to this hip.
Say thank you for all that you've done.
And allow this white light energy to heal.
Good.
And now let's move to your left hip.
Moving your breath and awareness and your hands to your left hip side.
And imagine that beautiful white light is surrounding this area with so much love.
Sending it so much love here.
Breathing and releasing and allowing that light to expand.
Leaning into the hip,
Opening the hip and breathing.
And I just ask that this white light stays with us today,
Tomorrow and all days ahead.
Take one last deep breath in.
Let's move to gratitude for this practice,
Our hips and this breath.
Hands to center.
Deep breath.
I'm grateful for all that I am,
All that I have and all that I will become.
Sealing this new energy into the hips,
Into the body,
Into my bubble and my life.
