Good evening.

Welcome to your good night body meditation.

My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.

Get comfortable,

Lie down,

Get cozy.

We're going to begin with a few deep breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Breathing into our belly.

And in 3,

2,

1,

We'll close our eyes.

Breathe in deep and out.

Another breathe in and out.

And one more deep breath in and all the way out.

Let's set the intention for a restful and peaceful evening,

Powering down the mind so the body can rest and heal.

Good night body.

Thank you for carrying me through this day,

This week,

This life.

It's been a long road and you've carried me through.

Thank you body for being my rock today and always,

Helping me to see what I need to do,

Where I need to go and who I need to be.

Let's breathe into gratitude for our body now,

Pulling your intention inside to your heart center.

Thank you body for being my home,

My sacred space.

You are beautiful,

Even if I don't tell you every day.

Thank you for allowing me resilience,

Strength,

For being a place that's warm,

Friendly,

Loving.

Let's breathe in and out.

Good night body.

Thank you for your adaptability.

You've been stretched and pulled to fit my life.

And for that,

I thank you.

And I know that you are wearing down day by day.

I know you are feeling the pull.

But know this body,

You are strong.

You will prevail any weathered storm.

Let's breathe into the strength of our bodies.

Thank you body for keeping score.

And for sending me messages and signals that I often hide from myself.

You are so wise body,

This I know.

Thank you for your inner guidance,

Your resounding grace for what you provide for me.

Let's breathe into this grace.

Oh dear body,

Today and all the days we spend together,

I love you.

I want you to know that.

Every part of you.

I promise to treat you kindly and allow you rest when needed.

I promise to listen when you call.

Which is now.

So let's breathe into this peaceful time together.

Rest your bones.

Rest your muscles.

Rest it all.

Let it be.

Let's take three grounding breaths as we close this session.

Going back to our intention of blessing our beautiful body.

And letting it rest.

Breathe in.

And all the way out.

And again.

Releasing it all.

And one more.

And all the way out.

May you rest now body.

You've done so well.

Finishing this strong with a few affirmations specifically for you,

Body.

I am strong.

My body is resilient.

My cells are always healing.
