Self-esteem confidence and motivation part 1 self-esteem this is the first part in a three series to help increase your self-esteem boost your confidence and motivate you by letting your mind create what is best if you wish you can use this meditation with a rose quartz crystal and valor essential oil or its ingredient essential oils blue tansy black spruce or rosewood allowing yourself to get comfortable letting your hands find rest at some point perhaps as you start thinking about relaxing you may want to deepen your experience by closing your eyes we can begin with what is easy and take in a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth allowing a cycle of ease to start flowing through your being as you breathe your awareness just noticing what is depending on how deep you wish to go you can tune into your inner guidance finding the best way to go deep maybe you find it easy to trust the path to the places of ease as you go deeper and deeper all the way now holding on to that ease the way you have longed to do and deep inside it begins the journey to a place where it is all good and where everything makes sense and you understand it all letting it be easy it is not sure how long it will take to travel there but it is a given that the ease and flow will take you all the way perhaps surprisingly fast always guided by the pace your inner wisdom sets for you you may find it easy to let go because with your eyes closed it becomes possible to notice a variety of things with more clarity aspects that would otherwise go overlooked or ignored thoughts feelings sensations perhaps just a simple change in your level of awareness as the mind begins to gradually release what is not supportive of your intention to be easy about it all and especially about reaching a place of effortless comfort we're letting go and relaxing is even easier than hearing the sound of my voice allowing the journey to unfold no need for you to do anything at all that free floating space of effortless letting go how much ease are you capable of or will you discover that as I begin to count from eight down to one perhaps linking your level of comfort to each descending number allowing you to sink deeper and deeper down with each number I count and on the count of one you can step down into a beautiful space a space that is just right for you where you can feel completely safe calm and at ease drifting into the knowledge that you are in touch with your inner resources counting now eight beginning your journey down to that beautiful space I wonder if you are already starting to enjoy that comforting feeling of ease seven you might already be aware that the more you relax the better you feel and the better you feel the more you can relax yes so many ways to let it be easy six it is intriguing to realize that you can access even deeper levels of ease and comfort and I wonder if you will simply allow it to occur or will you go deeper and deeper without even knowing how you are doing it right now five and inevitably drifting deeper and deeper knowing that you are always in control and that we only connect to energies equal to or higher than ourselves you can take all the time you need to send that wave of comfort and ease from the top of your head to the tips of your toes as you triple your state of ease allowing your subconscious to guide and protect you all the way three now doubling that relaxation two and on the next count you might be surprised to find that you relax even deeper effortlessly drifting and floating into a beautiful state of complete ease one as you step right into that place imagine yourself standing in front of a blank flat surface on which you can write or paint or draw and notice that you have all the things you would need to depict on that surface what you want to see there writing or drawing what you feel like giving shape to or painting that image in your mind but you also have everything you need to delete anything on that surface that you would like to go away for now that surface is black whether it is a blackboard with colorful pieces of chalk and a rubber to rub out unwanted words written there or a whiteboard with colored markers and a soft cloth to wipe away what you do not want to see on that surface perhaps it is a canvas with paint brushes and paints in all the colors of the rainbow to choose from so you can paint something new or paint over what you no longer want displayed on that canvas even more likely you may want to use a surface that is unique to you whatever your blank surface looks like I want you to now allow all the uncomfortable labels and descriptions you have been given by others in the past to reflect themselves on that surface in any way that you are comfortable with the labels and descriptions and even names that slowed you down and that failed to reflect the beautiful truth about the amazing wonderful human being that you are now make sure that you also allow to appear on that surface all the unfair labels and harsh descriptions you have given yourself over the years of your life even the ones you may not be aware of just allow them all to reflect on that surface for you to consider it is time to acknowledge that none of that serves you finally knowing that all of that must go the first and most crucial step is to form the clear intention to do just that to let it go all of it now take whatever is available to you there with which you can delete those unwanted things off that surface of yours and take your place in front of it with your feet planted firmly on the ground I want you to make all those labels and descriptions disappear in a way that works for you you can remove them one by one or you can simply clean the entire surface but as you do this you may know that whatever is removed from that surface no longer applies to you as this cleansing takes place the slate is forever wiped clean in your mind in your thinking and in your life those labels and descriptions are now gone from every cell and fiber of your being and from every memory that you have they no longer have any meaning for you or any impact on your life and well-being none at all it is done and now your surface is blank a clean slate is ready for you so pick up whatever is available to you to write or draw or paint or depict things you want on your freshly cleaned surface and again take your place in front of it in a moment I'm going to invite you to place new descriptions of yourself on your surface but before I do I'd like you to take a moment to contemplate the person that you truly aspire to be perhaps you already are that person or maybe you are almost the kind of person you would like to be it does not matter whether you still have things to aspire to or whether you are perfectly happy with who you are now begin the process of depicting who you aspire to be on that surface in any way that works for you but know that whatever is placed on your surface applies to you from this day forth these descriptions will reflect who you are showing up in your life and in your thinking and others will see you in this way treating you as the wonderful person you are turning into describe yourself in the best possible way maybe your radiant smile or the light in your eyes can be reflected on that surface make sure that it reflects a depiction of the best in you of the best you are capable are and when you are ready stand back and look at what is reflected there see the amazing wonderful qualities you have recorded there forever and begin to imagine yourself standing tall imagine yourself experiencing a new and healthy energy surging through you your heart is filled with unconditional love gently recognizing that love for yourself allow the peace and nurturing energy of that love to awaken you to the awareness that you are a powerful being capable of infinite compassion and tenderness and allow it to heal you and comfort you all is well already successful going forward you will approach problems with a new fresh attitude I can do it I have the energy I am just the right person for this I can take charge I can resolve this I can handle this you are enough and while you are still so beautifully relaxed I will help you to look at yourself sometime from now from here where you are I want you to look at a you that has started to integrate all the learnings since you awakened to the beautiful truth about yourself that you is right there in front of you look at you now step into that you simply let it happen feel those feelings think those thoughts how does it feel to be that amazing you and how has the internal changes affected the world around you and from where you are there is yet another you in front of you a you that already fully integrated at all just look at that you the quiet confidence the light in your eyes the expression on your face now step into that you merging with all that you have learned feel those feelings and think those thoughts how do you feel how has your life and the world around you been affected by all the changes you have made just enjoy being the amazing person that you are as I leave you here for a little while from now on you might be surprised to find that you are more and more able to see yourself as someone with amazing qualities going forward you will be delighted to notice that you are becoming the living embodiment of all those wonderful truths that are now more and more applicable to you from this day forward you might increasingly be aware of subtle improvements that are more and more visible in your daily life improving every day in every way and now the time has come for us to end this journey and when I begin to count from one to eight allow yourself to come up through the levels of awareness until at the count of eight when you will feel a wave of revitalizing energy flow through your body from the top of your head right down to the very tips of your fingers and toes leaving you feeling refreshed relaxed and revitalized better than you felt before and counting now one coming up through the levels of awareness more aware of your surroundings to from now on every day in every way you are feeling more and more relaxed confident increasingly determined to succeed three would it not be nice to remember this wonderful feeling of being so deeply connected to your inner wisdom for getting closer to the state of full awareness as the changes are taking place 5 6 starting to feel excited about the changes you have decided to make 7 normal sensation is flowing back into your body returning to normal social awareness 8 eyes open wide awake fully alert welcome back
