
Love Faith And Trust

Welcome to this meditation on love,
Faith and trust.
Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed,
Make yourself comfortable and enjoy.
As you allow your eyes to close,
Settling down into a nice and easy position,
Give yourself permission to switch off,
To turn in,
To find a little peace.
As you begin to relax into this space,
Bringing your awareness to your breathing,
Because in a little while I am going to ask you to take a breath with purpose,
Engaging your whole body in the act of taking that one breath.
I want you to hear that breath when you take it and then hear yourself breathe out,
Using the sound of the air moving into and out of your body to link your awareness to your breathing.
Be aware that your breathing always continues,
Whether you are noticing or not,
But when you pay attention to your breathing,
You can give it intent and purpose over and above the life-giving miracle that breathing already is.
Let it be your intention to use your breath to release all the stress and tension that you accumulated and then be aware that with every in-breath you can breathe in life and energy and vitality.
You can do this by simply imagining that it is happening and in the same way you can release all the stress and tension from your body by merely imagining that you are breathing all of it out each time you exhale.
So now,
Focusing on your intent to breathe in life and energy and vitality and to breathe out all your stress and tension,
Slowly take a really deep breath in,
Hear yourself take this breath and feel your chest expand and then slowly and fully and purposefully breathe it out,
Listening to the air rush out of your lungs,
Taking with it everything you no longer need,
All those things that no longer serve you,
All the stress and tension.
Simply breathe it all out.
Now repeat this one more time as you imagine breathing in life and energy and vitality and then imagine breathing out all stress and tension on that long exhalation,
It's such a relief.
Notice how much more relaxed your body now feels,
Having released so much stress and tension in just two breaths and as you continue to allow the breath to enter your body at a pace that is comfortable for you,
You can let the breath leave your body again when it is ready to do so,
Without trying to interfere with the natural rhythm of your breathing or trying to change it in any way,
Imagining all the while that you are breathing out tension and breathing in life and energy and vitality.
It is as if this rhythm can gently continue forever,
Revitalizing and relaxing you breath by breath and how easy is it for you just to relax and let go,
In this moment no one wants or expects or needs anything from you and so it might be that you have already noticed that your thoughts are winding down or you have already detached from those thoughts so that right now,
In this moment and in this space,
You sense that all your thoughts can wait,
They can wait to be dealt with at a later and more appropriate time.
How is that for you,
To detach from those drifting thoughts,
Merely observing now?
Your thoughts are not you,
Yet they are yours to control and so you begin to control them,
Merely acknowledging these thoughts,
Relaxing deeply into the detached observation of those thoughts and as you watch,
You are able to relax completely and so you now have time to explore the silent depths of your own being,
Bothered by nothing.
You can now tune into your body,
Can you hear the amazing sounds of your body at work?
As the rhythm of your breathing continues in the background of your awareness,
Turn your focus to your beating heart,
Become so quiet,
So still that you can hear the rhythmic beats of your heart reverberating in the stillness inside you and once you can hear the rhythmic pulse of the beats of your own heart,
Connect with a miracle that is your beating heart,
Listen to the comforting sound of those regular beats,
You know you've heard this before,
It is in fact the same regular rhythm that comforted you while you were drifting and floating before you were born.
The more you focus on the sounds of your body at work,
The calmer you feel,
Enjoying the stillness within,
The silence which you are only aware of when you turn into your sacred self and the amazing thing is the deeper you turn in,
The deeper you go into yourself,
The more you connect with the stillness inside.
The stillness reflecting back to you,
The sacred soul within,
Really connect with your inner being now.
Allow your awareness to touch every part of your body,
Beginning with your head,
Just be aware of it and now purposefully relax every single muscle in your head,
The muscles in your scalp,
Your temples,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Those muscles around your eyes and your brow,
Your forehead,
Even your tongue and your ears,
Relax them all,
Feel them relax as you release those muscles,
Relax and let go,
Allowing a sense of ease to spread over your entire face.
Taking your awareness down to your neck and shoulders,
Allow these parts of your body to relax,
All the muscles in your neck and shoulders,
Relax the moment you focus your awareness on them,
Are you already welcoming that sense of ease that letting go brings or do you simply feel yourself sinking into a deeper state of relaxation,
Almost as if you are falling through soft layers of cloudy nothingness,
Just floating and drifting,
Safe and at peace.
Moving your focus further down,
Becoming aware of your chest cavity,
For a moment reconnect with your heartbeat and notice that your breathing is still rhythmically continuing,
Your lungs automatically doing what they are supposed to do,
Gently engage your imagination and in your mind's eye,
Visualize your heart nestled safely between your lungs,
There,
And this gives you a sense of peace and comfort and ease,
All is well,
You are safe,
You are vitally alive,
So you can allow all the muscles in your chest to relax now,
Leaving the rhythm of your heartbeat undisturbed,
Know that the more you physically relax,
The more you can mentally relax,
The more you will feel at peace,
Calm and so,
So comfortable,
And so you move your awareness down to your abdomen and as your sense of ease grows,
Release all the stress and tension held there,
As your mind quietens down,
Becoming free,
You are able to connect more and more with the sounds of your body at work,
The sound of your heartbeat,
The sound of your breathing gently moving in and out of your body,
Like the ebb and flow of the great oceans and of life itself.
As that sense of ease by now drifted down into your arms and almost unnoticed flowed into your hips and down your legs,
Leaving you feeling totally relaxed.
For a moment,
Be aware of the lower half of your body,
Those legs that take you for walks or let you enjoy a run,
Those feet that carry you where you need to be all day.
Take a moment to feel gratitude for the body that is your home while you are here,
For your body faithfully being with you every minute of every day.
And from that state of gratitude,
Give yourself the freedom to enter a state of total calm and peace,
Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed and at ease,
Letting go of any tension that you may still have in any part of your body.
From where you are now,
Move into a space of sheer perfection,
Allow your mind to bring you to a place that is exactly what you want it to be.
If there is anything here that does not resonate with you,
You can change it by willing it so.
Make that space into what you would like it to be,
Anything is possible,
So create it from that perspective.
Explore everything here,
What do you see?
How brilliant are those colours?
Or does their softness simply soothe your soul?
How is it for you to be able to expand your hearing?
Be still where you are now and for a little while just listen to the sounds of your place.
Are those not the sounds of perfection?
As you perhaps now discover how exquisite it is to touch some of the things that you have placed here in your perfect space.
What do you notice about how this makes you feel?
Exactly how deeply connected are you to this place?
Do you love being here?
Would you like to stay forever?
What if you could stay connected to this place always or whenever it is beneficial to you?
So here where you are now in this place of perfection,
Find a way of expressing how much you love being here.
Are you dancing around?
Do you feel joy surging through your veins as you allow that loving feeling to expand until you realise that the love you feel right now is a love of all things.
A love of life.
A love of and reverence for yourself.
For you are everything and all things are you.
From this day forward you might be delighted to notice that you increasingly create perfection in your outer world by sending forth into the world the love you are feeling right now.
With every word you say.
With every breath you take.
As you continue to create your world with love,
It will lovingly bring to you all parts of you that have not yet healed.
And as your challenges reveal the injuries you still carry,
Your memory of perfection will remind you of the perfection of all things.
And that even challenges are perfectly designed to help you to heal.
So as you now stand in this perfect place of love and perfection,
Bring to this space any challenge you are currently facing.
And deal with it here with a heart filled with love,
Having absolute faith in the perfection of what it is in your life,
Namely a chance to resolve or to heal or to overcome or to learn.
Are you aware of the gift you have just received?
Do you feel gratitude well up inside of you?
Embrace what you feel in these moments.
Having resolved that matter from this space of love and perfection.
And as you now anchor yourself in this perfect place of perfection and love,
Where through divine love you know all things are possible.
Promise yourself to trust that what has been resolved or healed or what has been overcome or learned in this moment has instantly affected all that is on a vibrational level.
And this resolution must therefore reflect in your reality,
At the perfect time,
In the perfect order,
In the perfect place.
As you stay deeply connected to the gift of wholeness within you,
Know that the effects of what you integrate into your vibration in this session will show up in your reality.
Enhancing your sense of well-being and health as you create your world with love,
Having faith in the perfection of all things.
Trusting what comes.
As you increasingly experience greater clarity of thought,
Allowing you to have greater control over yourself,
Your thinking,
Your attitude and the way you behave.
From now on forward,
Every aspect of your life will improve as it is shaped by your wiser decisions,
Born from a renewed clarity of thought and the knowledge that you are alive,
Capable of creating life from a source of pure love.
Having faith that things are as they should be.
Trusting that everything is always working out for you.
You can now prepare to return to the here and now.
And I'm going to help you to come back to your physical body by counting from 1 to 10.
And on the count of 10,
You can open your eyes,
When you will be wide awake and alert,
With all parts of your consciousness fully back with you,
Ready to continue with your day,
Feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated.
