I hope you will enjoy this meditation intended to help you to build new dreams and to hold on to all the hope in your heart.
Settle down at a convenient time and in a comfortable space and let the dream begin.
Bring your focus to your physical body.
Become aware of it.
Grant yourself to the space you are in and do this in any way that makes you feel comfortable.
Anchor yourself to the earth or surround yourself with a mantle of light or do anything else that feels right.
Call in any personal protection you feel may be necessary to keep you safe.
As you breathe in,
Contemplate for a moment the many gifts your body holds.
When breathing out,
Allow appreciation of your senses to begin to enter your awareness.
Breathing in,
Notice how your sense of hearing allows you to track your in-breath.
And following the next out-breath,
Feel the sensation of the air rushing out to enter into the space beyond your body,
Taking with it what you have allowed yourself to let go of.
Breathing in again,
Allow your senses to awaken.
And breathing out,
Follow that breath as you shift your consciousness to a point outside of your physical body until you become able to observe your relaxing body from the outside.
Breathe in to confirm your connection to your body.
Breathe out as you become aware that all your senses are now amplified,
Allowing your consciousness to return to a point inside your body as you breathe in again.
Gently allow yourself to fully settle into the space that your body holds as you breathe out.
Breathe in deeply now and then breathe out that last little bit of resistance as you disengage from the world outside,
Remaining aware of your deep connection to everything and everyone.
And as you begin to relax into the safety of your body,
Enjoying the sensation of connectedness,
You find that you are able to relax every muscle in your body to a level that surprises you.
It is so easy to let go.
Feeling everything melt away.
Or is it that you are melting into all that is around you?
Where do you begin?
And where do you end?
Or are you simply everywhere?
Allow yourself to sense the freedom of expansion into all levels of who you are.
Is it possible for you to allow all of your muscles to relax at the same time?
Or have you already relaxed most of them to a point where it no longer matters?
Being in your body right now is so easy.
So comfortable.
So relaxed.
That's right.
Everything is as it should be.
Your heart is beating rhythmically.
Your breathing simply happens.
Nice and easy.
Think into this moment.
Just be.
Gently engaging your imagination now.
Allow your mind to bring you the image of a crystal clear pool.
You can place this pool in any setting that makes you feel safe and calm.
Allowing the sight of the smooth mirror-like surface to draw you closer.
Go nearer until you can see your own image reflected there.
Dip your fingers into the pool's calm waters.
Letting a few ripples deform and gently circle away.
For a few moments,
Changing the smooth surface through movement.
Watch as the dancing patterns eventually sink back into the surface of the pool.
Letting the mirror return.
Have you noticed the clarity of the image of you that it reflects?
Look deep into the reflection of your own eyes.
And as you ask yourself,
What does my heart hope for?
Dip your fingers into the water.
This time allowing the ripples to carry forth all the hope in your heart.
See the rippling patterns fade and the surface of the pool settle back into that smooth,
Clear mirror.
But now the mirror reflects a dream born of the hope in your heart.
It is your dream reflected there.
And so it is that in this moment you have a choice.
You can stay where you are and just look at your beautiful dream.
Or you can step into the pool reflecting your dream.
Allowing the surface to ripple and change into a pattern carrying your dream into reality.
Will you step into the crystal clear pool?
Are you already floating there as your dream becomes real?
How long before you discover that you have already stepped right into your dream?
I am going to leave you here in your dream for a while.
Live it.
Feel it.
Absorb every detail of it.
Build it.
Bring your dream into clarity as you explore what could be.
Using your expanded state of awareness to bring you to a state of joy as you see everything in that dream with absolute clarity.
Allow every beautiful sound to be amplified so that it is perfect.
Just right for you.
Feel deeply.
Touch with intensity.
My voice will call you back when it is time to return.
I am going to leave you here in your dream for a while.
Are you already floating there as your dream becomes real?
The time has come for you to step out of your dream,
To return to the point where you can watch your own image in the mirror of the crystal clear pool.
So lightly step out of the pool and turn back to look at the image reflected there.
Look into your eyes.
Do you see the memory of the dream sparkling there?
How do you feel?
You have awakened the dream and it is joyfully becoming real as you embrace the fact that its memory lives on in your mind.
Feeling that dream moment by moment,
Drawing it into your world and into your life.
As you remain in your dream space,
The details of your dream as created in these moments are already rooted in your reality.
So feel the hope in your heart grow strong.
Because just as hope seeded your dream,
Hope will also water that dream and all your other dreams from this day forward.
So that each dream gets a chance to grow and flourish and manifest into your world.
Allow your dreams to be clear.
Let hope remind you of the power of your dreams every day.
As you continually create the life you would love to live.
Know that the dream space is limitless.
So make space for new dreams often.
Allowing the power of creation to flow through you every day,
Bringing you into a state of joy.
When your dreams come true and you find yourself living your dream,
Move into the space of gratitude.
For each time you express gratitude for being able to live your dreams,
You turn the key that unlocks abundance.
An abundance of hope,
Love,
Faith and trust.
Allowing all the treasures of the universe to flow to you.
You can now prepare to return to the physical plane where time and space matter.
Draw yourself back into your body.
Remain as connected to everything as may be beneficial to you.
As you start to lift yourself up through the levels of awareness,
Do so with ease.
Allowing only comfort to register.
And as I count from 1 to 10,
Complete your return.
Grounding yourself back into the present.
And on the count of 10,
Open your eyes,
Feeling wide awake and alert.
Totally relaxed and at ease.
