
Meeting Your Spirit Guide - Option 1
This is the first option of two tracks produced for the specific purpose of meeting your spirit guide. Option 1 creates the space for you to meet your guide for the first time, or a new guide you may not have worked with before. It can also be used repeatedly to meet with the guide and interact as may be appropriate for you. Welcome to this guided meditation intended to help you to meet the spirit guide with whom it would be appropriate for you to work at this point in your life.
So as you begin to make yourself comfortable,
Allowing your eyes to close when you feel ready,
Gently acknowledge the experiences throughout your life that led you to this day and to this moment,
This place where you are choosing to meet your spirit guide,
Who may be one of a few who have guided you for as long as you can remember,
Always have and always will.
Now that you're allowing yourself to begin to relax,
Bring your awareness to your breathing,
With every breath renewing your intent to meet your spirit guide.
As you allow your subconscious mind to begin to facilitate this very special meeting,
While you explore your ability to relax deeply,
To see how deeply relaxed you can become.
Are you wondering how deep you can go?
Is it as if for you a pleasant sense of melting into what is has already begun?
For now just breathe,
Become one with that rhythm.
There is in this one moment so much life and with every breath you can decide to breathe fully,
Deeply or to just allow the breath to happen.
Which will it be for you now?
It doesn't matter because when you breathe you somehow sense that being alive means you are able to thrive,
To love and to feel joy effortlessly,
Easily.
As you melt into your existence,
Much as your inevitably relaxing body now melts into its own space.
So just let that breathing continue.
You can trust that your subconscious mind is already paying close attention,
Finding new ways to get you to where you want to be.
As your conscious mind drifts off somewhere else,
As if right now it can take time out to explore,
Drifting away,
Further away.
And as for those thoughts,
Just let them be.
They can follow the conscious mind as it gets out of your way.
Just let them float away in little bubbles of their own,
As you focus inward on what matters.
These thoughts are not you,
And they are irrelevant right now.
Just observe them,
Unaffected by any of them,
Sending them on their way.
As you keep turning in,
Focusing on what matters,
On that experience that your subconscious mind already knows is just right for you.
You know that it knows.
Inevitably and deeply connected,
You feel the irresistible power drawing you closer,
Nearer to that place.
And how is that?
Could it be that that special moment has quietly arrived?
Are you about to embrace the experience of being fully alive,
Guided,
Guarded and protected?
Now more easily and comfortably,
Moving into that space where you are feeling so alive,
Yet so relaxed.
Just allowing your body to receive all the benefit from this.
Who knows how deep you can go,
How much benefit you can absorb,
As you let go.
Letting it happen at a level that is just right for you.
Maybe noticing your body just melting into its space.
Extending into what is.
Connecting.
Inevitably going deeper and deeper into the source of all that is.
How is it for you to know the depths of your ability to allow your body to be free?
To drift into a state of relaxation so deep,
That it can let go of all those things you no longer need.
Getting lighter.
It is all just so easy now.
As you begin to scan your body,
Gently allowing each and every part of it to just relax.
Is there joy in this gradual letting go?
And as you let that sense of ease and comfort drift down all the way to the tips of your toes at a pace that suits you.
How is it for you to so powerfully disengage from the outside world?
Just because you choose to.
And perhaps you feel gentle flow of relaxation that seems to penetrate everything on its way down from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes.
Can you feel it trickling down your spine?
Moving from your scalp into your temples and cheeks.
Caressing those tiny muscles around your eyes.
Before spreading down over your jaw and into your neck.
Easily finding its way down.
Running down your arms to the tips of your fingers.
Drifting from your shoulders down your back.
And into your chest and abdomen.
Finding its way down your legs.
Folding over your knees.
Just easing down to your feet and the very tips of your toes.
That's right.
Now just allowing your awareness to expand fully into a state where you have access to all you need and all that is.
That's right.
The time has come for you to go on a journey.
But before you go there is an invitation that you want to send.
An invitation to your highest spirit guide.
Or the spirit guide that at this point in existence is the most appropriate for you to meet.
So I would like you to now imagine yourself preparing a beautiful invitation to your spirit guide to meet with you.
Allow it to take any form that you like.
But make sure that you infuse your beautiful energy into that invitation.
Create it with love.
Using whatever it is that comes to hand there for you.
And mark the invitation.
For attention.
My loving spirit guide.
And now send your invitation off in any way that you would like to do it.
Perhaps you find a beautiful bird willing to carry this special invitation to your spirit guide.
Or perhaps for you it would be best to just know that the invitation was received the moment you sent it.
Do whatever you need to do to safely send your invitation to your spirit guide.
With the knowledge that your invitation has found its way to your spirit guide the time has come for you to depart on that journey you want to take.
I would like you to find yourself at the bottom of a magical staircase.
Reaching up to a place that exists for you alone.
A place where you can meet your spirit guide whenever you feel the need to do so.
And as I now begin to count from one to ten I want you to step onto that staircase and start moving up to that place.
One step at a time.
One step for each count.
Getting lighter as you go along.
Knowing that with each step your vibration is lifting.
Enabling you to access even higher levels of energy.
Accessing planes of existence you know are there to welcome and enfold you.
One.
Feeling excitement lift you up.
Higher.
Lighter.
Closer.
Two.
Sensing that sacred connection.
Knowing.
Trusting.
Rising towards what already is.
Three.
Beginning to feel so calm.
Centered.
Uniquely able to follow what is right for you.
As if it was meant to be.
Four.
By now you might be surprised to find how easily you are floating higher and higher.
Lighter and lighter.
Five.
Drawing closer to that inner sanctuary that is so sacred to you.
Your place.
Six.
Already guided.
Feeling blessed.
It may be that the gratitude in your heart is expanding.
Flowing out into the universe.
In ripples of loving energy.
Seven.
And as you draw closer now you become aware of your expanded awareness of all that is and your part in it.
Eight.
Becoming aware of a light at the top of your staircase.
A beautiful light.
How is it for you to be aware of that light?
Do you see it?
That magnificent color?
Perhaps your favorite?
Or do you just feel it is there?
Or maybe for you it is enough to know that the color is there?
Nine.
Now fully embracing the moment.
And ten.
As you step into your place.
Eleven.
There.
Where you are now.
It might be that you are alone.
Unwaiting.
Or just exploring.
Engaging all of your senses to fully experience this place.
Twelve.
How it feels to be there.
And perhaps it is pleasing to the eye.
Could it be that those sounds are only there for you?
To please only you.
What is presented there for you is perfect for you.
For this moment.
Fitting perfectly into the plan for your existence.
On the earth plane and elsewhere.
So welcome the experience.
But you have sent out an invitation to your loving spirit guide.
An invitation to this place.
You have reached up.
Trusting.
Knowing.
That your spirit guide would reach down to find you.
So allow your spirit guide to make this experience what it has to be for you.
Perhaps your guide chooses today to just show you something without actually appearing to you.
Perhaps your guide presents a figure that you will recognize later again.
Or one you may already know.
Or perhaps your guide joins you as you explore your special place.
Maybe for you there is a favorite area where you and your guide can be together to communicate.
And as I stay silent for a while.
Take a moment to express your gratitude to your guide for accepting your invitation.
If your guide has chosen for now to just let you have an experience without presenting in a form you can perceive.
Accept that absolutely.
It is right for you.
For this moment.
So express your gratitude for whatever it is you are experiencing.
Even if you are unsure what it is.
And as I leave you here for a while until my voice guides you back.
It would be in order to just absorb what is.
To perceive everything using all your senses.
But you are also free to ask your guide for a name.
And if you cannot get a name.
Trust that too.
You may ask for permission to give your guide a name of your own.
Until your guide chooses to reveal it to you.
And as you now become aware of my voice.
You can gently,
Very gently start to prepare to return the way you have come.
Do what you need to do.
And then make your way back to the top of your magical staircase.
And know that from this day forward.
You will be able to connect to your guide.
And to this place.
As often as you need to.
As often as may be beneficial and appropriate for you.
And all you need to do.
Is to send an invitation to your guide.
To meet with you.
There.
In your special place.
And as I begin to count from ten to one.
Gently make your way down those stairs.
Returning to the dimension you call home now.
Ready and alert.
Prepare to continue with what your day brings.
Ten.
Slowly stepping down your staircase.
Moving towards the here and now.
Nine.
Knowing you are returning to normal awareness.
At a pace that is comfortable for you as you move down.
Eight.
Feeling more and more aware of your surroundings now.
As you continue back down.
Nine.
Knowing that your experience has expanded your awareness for your benefit.
Seven.
Feeling energy move up through your body.
Revitalizing you.
Six.
Feeling gratitude in your heart for what you have received.
Five.
Knowing that your experience has been shared with your conscious mind.
So that you can remember every detail should you wish to.
Four.
Becoming aware of your body and everything around you.
Three.
Getting ready to return to full social awareness.
Preparing for a nice long stretch.
Two.
Ready to open your eyes on the next count.
And one.
