Find yourself in a seated,

Comfortable position,

Closing your eyes.

It seems that loving and accepting oneself is the most challenging universal struggle that many people feel.

So today's short meditation is to honor that coming home and reclamation of love and acceptance.

Grounding into your breath,

Deep breath in through the nose,

And out through the nose.

Just for today,

I love and accept myself,

Exactly as I am,

And exactly as I am not.

All we have is the present moment of today.

And so in the fleeting moments of the day-to-day,

The chasing of how we want to feel,

And the forgetting of who we were and where we came from.

So just for today,

We're going to be completely present in this moment.

Our past selves,

Our younger selves will thank us,

And our future selves,

That wise version,

Know exactly that this is how we reclaim ourselves.

So just for this moment today,

Love and accept yourself.

Find that glimmer in your heart,

In your spirit,

That who you are right now is worthy,

Is lovable,

And is enough,

Just as you are.

And so,

Just for today,

I want you to love and accept yourself.

Repeat this with me,

Just for today.

I love and accept myself.

I am worthy,

I am enough,

And I'm lovable exactly as I am.

And just notice what resistance might come up,

What thoughts and discomfort in this conversation might bring up.

Notice how your ego might want to sabotage this conversation.

And just for today,

I want you to take whatever resistance is there and table it to the side of your mind,

Just for a moment,

So you can pick it up later if you'd like.

Just for today,

Stay present in this conversation.

Taking a deep breath in,

And out.

Placing both hands on your heart.

And I want you to carry an intention for yourself today,

As you walk into the world after this moment.

Set your intention,

Hold it in your heart,

Magnetize what you want in the world.

And when you open your eyes,

I want you to walk as if you are enough,

Lovable,

And worthy,

Because you are.
