Cass is a Pilates and yoga teacher, a holistic nutrition student, and a guide for women who feel lost, are moving through heartbreak, or are in a season of rediscovering themselves. After losing her job, experiencing heartbreak, and moving back home with her parents, she found herself deeply disconnected from who she once was. That season revealed the power of slowing down, returning to the body, and rebuilding trust from the inside out. Through that journey, Cass learned that we can only begin to hear our own voices when the noise quiets, when we pause the constant doing, calm the nervous system, and give ourselves the space to truly listen. Healing, she believes, isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about presence, awareness, and gentle reconnection. Her classes and meditations are gentle, grounding, and practical, designed to help you feel calm in your body, supported in your breath, and more connected to yourself, without pressure, perfection, or overwhelm.
