Energy is a beautiful way to impact the lives of others! When giving to others you should feel full and energized. If you feel drained, then you are giving from a sense of self (or I). We want to give from a sense of all (or oneness), this way we tune into the abundance of the universe. Allowing universal energy to flow through us and into those in need.
