Today we will work on releasing unnecessary fears that are not supporting you in your happiness. Fears that create stress and anxiety, not fears that help keep you safe. This way we can free your inner peace from underneath the fear, to be felt and expressed. We will tune into your fears with a compassionate viewpoint, and then using the energy of nature do a visualization to help you in releasing your attachment to your fears.

We have two vibrations or categories that our thoughts,

Emotions,

And actions fall into.

Fear and love.

I used to believe we need to live our life from the vibration and awareness only of love.

But over time I realized fear is also needed.

And together the two bring balance into our lives.

Today we will work on releasing unnecessary fears that are not supporting you in your happiness.

Fears that create stress and anxiety so that we can free your inner peace from underneath the fear to be felt and expressed.

Let's start by finding deep comfort in your position.

Relaxing the body and the breath for three deep breaths.

I want to begin by honoring the fear that you have felt.

It is important to appreciate the ways our mind and body communicates to us.

And to know that fear stems from love.

Fear is our body's way of communicating to us that something is not right.

That we need to change something or we need to be protected and actions need to happen to feel safe once again.

All of these reasons for fear come down to self-love.

This fear is saying to you,

You are important.

You deserve to flourish and some things are hindering you from shining your light.

Often it is a warning indicator trying to direct you towards better self-care,

Towards a new awareness or to create a physical change.

Let's take this moment to connect to the fears you have been feeling.

Let's honor those fears and thank them for notifying you that something needs to be changed without us rejecting this fear or changing it.

But just accepting and honoring it.

Begin now.

Let's continue.

Work.

Now that you have honored your fears and you have hurt them,

Is there a need to continually carry this fear?

And as I use the word fear,

You can replace it with whatever feels the most powerful for you.

Anxiety,

Stress,

Pain,

Suffering,

Anger or sadness.

Can we let go of our hold of this fear?

Of feeding this fear?

So that we can be present with what is in front of you in each moment.

Fear dwells in the future and the past.

But with each moment we have a new awareness,

A new feeling,

A new thought.

Fear grabs a hold and blocks us from experiencing the new thoughts and feelings and gifts in each moment.

I'm going to guide you through a visualization to help soften and release fear-based thoughts,

Emotions and energies.

We begin by walking in a mossy green forest.

Feel the earth between your toes,

This squishy soft moss.

The trees give off a fresh woody fragrance in the crisp air that wisps all around you.

Up ahead you see a small clearing.

You can hear a babbling brook.

You slowly make your way between the trees towards the brook,

Touching the rough textured bark of the tree trunks with a gentle brush of your fingertips.

You arrive at the babbling brook.

This stream of flowing water over the moss and stones is crystal clear and sparkling in the sunlight.

This water is a powerful neutralizer of negative fear-based energies.

It instantly washes them away off the body,

Off the energy field,

So that you can feel lighter and more present.

You dip your toes in the cool water.

Although it's cold,

It's also refreshing.

Begin to slowly walk in the babbling brook as you invite any heaviness you are carrying to be washed away through your feet.

This feels so great,

Letting everything go,

That you decide you want to go further.

You find a spot in the creek where you can fully submerge your body,

And you do.

Feel the cool water trickling down all parts of you.

Allow it to wash away any fears,

Any energies,

Thoughts,

And emotions that are not supporting you.

Delightful.

You slowly make your way out of the water and lay in a sunny opening in the forest upon the soft moss.

As you lay here,

You connect to Mother Earth.

You are not alone.

This planet is holding and cradling you.

Feel her support beneath you.

Come back to your body,

Wherever you are,

Leaving this healing forest.

How do you feel after this visualization?

Do you feel a little bit lighter,

More supported?

Come back to this practice of visualizing the water washing away any heaviness whenever you feel weighed down by your fears,

So that you can arrive in a calm and neutral space within yourself.

Thank you for your creativity today through this visualization,

And being open to show compassion to your necessary fears,

And say goodbye and soften your unnecessary fears.
