Breathing in quickly through your nose if you can.
A full breath,

Bringing in that orange air.
And now as you exhale,
You're going to blow bubbles that are the color blue,
Making a sound of bubbles.

Let's do this two more times.
Doing that quick breath in through your nose,
Picturing that color orange.
And blowing bubbles,
Picturing the color blue.

Breathing in orange,
And breathing out blue.
Amazing work.
Let's close down our eyes and relax them as we go inwards on an imagination journey.
Where do the mer-people live?
In the ocean,
Of course.
Let's make our way to a beautiful sandy beach.
Feel the warm sand in between your toes,
And look out to the beautiful green and blue waters of the ocean.
So inviting on this hot day to get in.
You actually see a mer-person swimming in the water in the distance.
They wave their arm,
Inviting you to come in.
You enter the water,
Swimming through a colorful underwater coral reef,
Full of different plants and species that are so unique,
Jelly-like,
And moving.
You see colorful fish swimming in between the coral reef and around you.
For some reason,
Your swimming has improved.
You look back at your feet,
And realize you have a mermaid tail.
What color is your mermaid tail?
You decide now.
Continue making your way towards the mer-people.
You see them up ahead in the ocean.
They say hello to you,
They are very friendly and kind.
And they're showing you their favorite underwater moves that they can do with their tails.

You notice something glimmering in the distance.
As you swim closer,
It looks like the top of a treasure chest.
You wave over the mer-people,
And they help you to dig it out in the water.
Once it's out,
One of the mer-people give you a key.
Are you ready to open it?
You unlock the treasure chest,
And as you open it,
The feelings of laughter,
Giggling,
And joy explode all around you.
Feel these feelings now.
Giggling starts to take over your body.
A big smile arrives on your face.
This treasure chest gives you the best feelings.
What a treasure indeed.

You then close this treasure chest and lock it up.

Swimming through the ocean with the mer-people,
As they bring you all the way to shore,
Where you realize your mer-tail has disappeared and your legs and feet are back.
