We will be focusing on deep healing so that you can move forward into the life that you desire in the most efficient and powerful way possible.
Now the removal of your obstacles actually works best when it is done with compassion and gentleness.
Let's say your resistance is not believing in yourself or not feeling worthy.
This belief system holds you back from being your true self,
From feeling more joy in life.
When these feelings arise you can state,
I see that I feel unworthy and I accept this belief.
I accept that I've always believed I feel unworthy.
This gives the mechanism of the mind a statement to allow you to soften your resistance.
When you say that you accept it,
You are not empowering it.
You are not continuing to feed it.
You are allowing yourself to just be okay when the feeling arises,
Releasing guilt,
Shame and pressure to change a part of you.
Let's do a deep clearing of your energy today.
Begin by closing your eyes and finding a very comfortable position.
Ensure you won't be disturbed during this practice.
Let's set an intention together to soften our minds,
Soften your thoughts and their force that they hold.
Let's align with an emotion that you wish to attract.
More love,
More peace or joy.
Whatever feeling comes to mind that you want more of in your life.
I would like for you to allow yourself to see yourself feeling that emotion now.
Let it come into your mind and your body.
Now what is blocking you from feeling this emotion more often?
What gets in the way of feeling it?
Is it a thought or another emotion?
Whatever is blocking you,
Let's sit with that emotion or that thought.
See how it feels in your body and your mind.
Let's open up a dialogue with this emotion that is resisting the emotion that you desire to feel.
I want you to say out loud if you can or in your mind's eye,
I see you and fill in the blank here.
Name your emotion.
I see you.
I believe in you.
I have always believed in you.
I accept you.
As you say these words,
Really believe them,
Really feel them.
Try as best you can.
Let's say them again.
I see you.
I believe in you.
I have always believed in you.
I accept you.
Notice how that emotion feels to be heard and accepted.
Notice if it shifts within your body.
Wonderful.
Now the emotion will usually soften and sometimes completely disintegrate after hearing those words but you do need to really accept it,
To really accept that emotion.
That means to really love this part of you and tell it that it's okay that it's here.
If you do not believe it,
Then they are just empty words and you cannot trick your body.
Your body knows when you are being authentic.
If this emotion or thought that is one of resistance or misalignment still feels present,
Let's also send it some Reiki.
Envision or feel where you hold this emotion in your body.
Trust whatever arises.
Maybe it appears as an imbalance,
As a color,
An image,
Maybe it's a feeling or an inner knowing.
Let's send pure white light,
A white light of love and compassion to this area,
Coming from the universe and also from your heart to embrace this area of imbalance,
To hold it and cradle it until it has received what it has needed and can move on.
You can do this with your hands hovering over your body or placed on your body as well to influence that flow of Reiki and allow you to feel it shift.
