Relax your body,

Begin by imagining a body of water that emanates life to you,
Like an ocean,
River,
Rain,
Or a stream.
Begin to immerse yourself in the water.
Feel its coolness on your skin.
This water is cleansing and purifying.
Allow your worries,
Fears,
And impurities to be washed away by the tide.
Become one with the water and move as it moves.
Feel the purity,
Feel refreshed and cleansed,
Crystal clear and beautiful.
You step out of the water and begin to come back to yourself,
Offering a smile of gratitude to the water.
Now see a flame,
See a fire,
A candle,
A campfire,
Or forest fire.
Feel the warmth and the heat on your cheeks and your palms.
See in the fire a current or recent event that weighs heavily on your conscience or physical body.
Something that you wish to gain detachment from.
Step into the fire.
Become one with the fire.
You are now one with the fire,
Dancing free in the flickers of the flames.
Allow your event that you wish to release to be set free into the smoke and ash that you are creating.
It will never be invisible,
But you can most certainly let the emotion that you hold towards it dissipate into the sky.
Release it from your body.
It is floating now high above you and is no longer a part of your flame.
Feel that freedom as the pressure releases and you dance with the fire.
Step out of the fire,
Coming back to your body.
Find the fire,
A smile of gratitude.
See your feet planting into the earth.
Stone,
Soil,
Grass,
Any texture that grounds you.
Feel the earth in between your toes and begin to become one with the earth.
Feeling up towards the sky and see it smile down to you.
Here you are safe.
You are one with all.
You are one with the earth.
Streaming thoughts come to a halt as you enjoy your being.
Simple,
Slow,
Focused on being present in where you are so that you can appreciate all that surrounds you and all that you are.
You are one with the earth.
Stepping out of the earth,
Coming back to your body,
Offering a smile of gratitude to the earth.
You are now at the edge of a cliff,
A mountaintop or a windy place.
Softly place your feet here.
Feel the smooth,
Silky feel of wind passing all around you.
In your fingers and through your hair,
Watch the wind flow with complete freedom.
When you're ready to release all that's holding you back from your freedom,
Step,
Jump or dance into the air as you become one with it.
Fly,
Fly over land,
Sea and people.
Feel the free flowing movement,
The trust that wherever you go,
You will be ok.
Landing back on the earth and coming back into your body.
Offering a smile and gratitude to the air.
Take a moment to revisit the water,
Purified and cleansed.
Dancing in the fire,
Releasing the ashes and smoke.
Now grounding yourself into the earth in this moment.
And unleash yourself to the wind.
Place your hands over your heart.
Connect to these four elements within you.
The clear water,
The renewing fire,
The present earth and the free wind.
Feel it in your body.
You are balanced and whole.
