Welcome to this guided journey of connecting to the unseen realms of mystical beings.

On this journey you will activate your intuition as you create new pathways to these magical realms,

Receive guidance and teachings from supportive spirits,

And heal broken or damaged pieces of your soul that have kept you from living your highest potential of love.

Ensure you're comfortable by inviting in a sense of ease into your physical body,

Releasing any restrictions of clothing or posture that do not invoke deep relaxation.

Allow your eyes to soften as the eyelashes of your bottom eyelids gently kiss your eyelashes of your upper eyelids.

And through this gentleness,

A stream of soft energy flows between the brows and down to the tip of the nose.

Be aware of the passage of your breath,

Aware of the air circulating within your body in and out.

Surrender any restrictions that compress this beautiful natural flow of your breath,

Surrendering and softening all of the muscles around the spine,

The diaphragm,

The low belly,

Dropping your shoulders down towards the earth.

Let us begin by opening the four directions in the upper and lower dimensions.

We begin in the direction of the East.

We call upon all compassionate spirits and energies from the East to be present for you,

To hold space for you,

To support and nourish you on this journey today.

Sense their arrival,

Sense the powerful energy of the East.

The East brings upon new beginnings,

Bringing the light to a darkened space.

It represents the sunrise and spring,

A time of birth.

It is the element of air and the eagle represents this East direction.

Envision the eagle bringing this element of wind and the eagle brings a light yellow energy with it as the wind and this yellow light move all through your aura,

All through your energy field,

Awakening the new beginnings within you,

Allowing you to feel that sense of freedom,

The unrestricted nature of the wind blowing through your physical being,

Through your hair and your fingertips,

Blowing through your skin,

Your blood and your bones,

Your muscles and tissues,

Bringing freedom in this peaceful yellow light of awakening,

Letting it nourish your being as you become one with this direction of the East,

Feeling the East merge into you and you merge into the East.

And we bring our awareness to the direction of the South.

We call upon all compassionate spirits and energies of the South to come forward and hold a sacred space for you,

Allowing you to connect to your wisdom,

Your joy,

Your health.

The South harnesses the element of fire.

It is the time of midday,

Of summer and of protection and grounding.

You are safe and secure.

Connect with the spirit of the wolf,

Feeling its strength and protection.

And the wolf brings to you the element of fire and a bright red energy.

This bright red flame burns away old fears that no longer support you,

Burning through your energy body,

Releasing and surrendering the old to walk through the fire as your new higher self.

These flames burn away any unsupportive energies or blockages.

They burn through the chakra system,

Through your physical body,

Through your mind and your heart,

Merging with the direction of the South as you become one with the direction of the South and it becomes one within you.

From the west,

To the element of water,

Of sunset and darkness,

To the time of fall,

We call upon the compassionate spirits and energies from the direction of the West to be with you now,

To hold this sacred space for you,

Sacred space of love and wisdom,

Bringing you connection to your intuition,

To your mystical self and your inner playful child.

A strong grizzly bear comes forward from the West,

Bringing with it the element of water,

An indigo dark blue black energy.

Let this water energy flow all around you,

Cleansing your emotional body,

Cleansing through the heart any heaviness,

Sadness,

Grief or anger that you may be carrying from your lifetime,

Simply washing it away with this element of water,

Washing it from the heart down through the body and the limbs down to the earth.

Allow yourself to merge with this direction of the West as you become one with the West and it becomes one with you.

Then we bring our awareness to the direction of the North,

To the element of earth,

The time of winter and midnight,

And we call upon the spirits and compassionate energies from the direction of the North to come forward and really support you on this journey today,

Really hold space for you.

The North connects you to your highest self,

To your ancestry and your light,

Your spiritual self.

We connect with the spirit of Buffalo,

Feeling the Buffalo's presence,

Its strength and inner knowing,

Its wisdom and its clarity.

The Buffalo brings with it the element of earth through a bright white light.

Feel the earth energy of grounding and presence encapsulate you and warm you with this white energy.

As you become one with the direction of the North and it becomes one within you.

And we call upon the compassionate spirits of the lower world,

Where all mystical beings,

Compassionate plant and animal spirits and earth energies are present for you.

We call them forward as they come forward to help hold this grounding,

Loving space for you on your journey today.

And we will activate your earth star chakra just down below your feet within the earth,

That always connected to you and this time seeing a vibrant black light,

Black light that connects you to the core of the planet,

To Mother Earth Gaia.

And this pure loving energy that is always supporting you in each moment,

It is always reminding you that you are here,

Not in the future or the past or past lives,

But you are here right now and in this moment you are divinely supported by Mother Earth.

Allow this powerful strong grounding energy to move up through the earth chakra into the feet,

This vibrant black light.

So this black energy moves up through the feet,

Through the legs,

Into your root chakra and shines up into your whole body from the root chakra,

Shining this black light allowing you to feel at one with the core of the planet,

With the heart of Mother Earth.

Feel this connection within you now.

And we call upon the compassionate spirits of the upper world,

This space of love and light where all teacher guides,

Ascended masters and angelic beings dwell.

We invite these compassionate beings from the upper world to really be here for you,

Letting you and bringing their light energy and their wisdom down for you.

And we will activate your soul star chakra now.

It's about a foot and a half above your head.

The bright white light.

This is your soul star chakra.

Your ascended highest self or your enlightened self,

Your pure energy.

Connect to this light,

See it or feel it above you,

Bring your awareness there and open your body to receiving this light.

This light comes down into your crown chakra,

Into your mind,

Coming down the third eye,

Penetrating your intuitive center,

Filling your eyes,

Your ears,

Your nose and your mouth with this pure white light of your highest self,

Coming down the neck and the throat chakra,

Filling your shoulders,

Your arms and your fingertips with this pure white light that is you,

All you.

Feeling the chest and the heart,

The mid back,

Heart chakra,

Filling your solar plexus,

Upper abdomen,

Lower abdomen,

Sacral chakra,

Root chakra,

Down the pelvis,

Into the legs,

Into the feet,

Into the earth.

And this light is this downward motion,

Raising your vibration to this high frequency that you are,

To this high frequency of your potential.

And it pulls any negative energies or heaviness that block you from your truth,

From your soul,

Wisdom,

Pulls those energies down into the earth,

Through the feet.

And the earth accepts this energy as it transforms it back to love and light.

This light fills your entire body with your deepest self,

Your deepest version of you,

Integrating with your cells,

Your tissues,

Your organs,

Your muscles,

Your bones,

Your skin,

Your blood.

Integrates with your mind and your thoughts,

Your heart and your emotions and fills your auric field,

Your aura,

All around you,

This bright white light that you are.

The light still strong above your head now emits fully into your aura,

As you are this white light,

Merging with your higher self.

Wonderful,

We're going to begin a journey in the middle world,

In the earth realm,

But also the spirit realm.

And know that because you've opened these directions and tuned into these powerful positive energies and spirits,

You are very safe and very loved and held on this journey.

I want you to begin your journey in a forest,

A lush green vibrant forest.

And somewhere up ahead,

You can see an arched tree,

Tree that has bent over completely,

Taking this beautiful archway that you can walk under.

This is your portal to the elven realm.

You slowly make your way underneath the tree arch.

As you arrive on the other side,

You are in the dimension where the elves dwell.

You stop where you are,

Noticing your environment around you.

And a group of elves begin to make their way towards you,

Creating a circle outside of you.

Notice their appearance,

Their long silvery white or gray hair,

Their more pointy noses and very pointy ears,

Noticing the long neutral clothes that they are wearing and the softness and love that is felt.

Elves are very wise and calm and support you with a calm neutral space to connect with them.

And this group of elves has a gift to share with you.

Open your arms and allow them to share it with you now.

Elves embody earth energy.

They are deeply grounded and rooted to mother earth.

And they wish to help you ground more gracefully and powerfully.

Be held in the circle of elves.

Feel their grounding nature and their presence,

So calm and at one with the earth.

Feel their supportive energy all around you as they hold this space for you.

As they connect with you and merge their energy with yours.

Allow it to run through your veins as you feel at one with earth in the same way that the elves feel.

This circle of elves would also love to share their warrior energy with you.

Elves are unafraid to fight for what is right and just.

Within the circle,

See the warriors that the elven tribe embodies and see the warrior within you.

What are you ready to fight for?

The elves carry themselves with strength and calm inner knowing.

Let this energy of your strength fill you.

Let your inner knowing bring peace and calmness as you step onto the battlefields of your life that are worth fighting for.

Their warrior energy fills you as they pull out silver swords and place them into the ground around you.

A bright white energy comes down from the sky through lightning bolts and fills the earth beneath your feet.

The energy runs up into your body empowering you.

Absorb this powerful warrior energy so that you may feel strong and courageous.

The ability to stand and fight for what is right and just for you.

Elves are unafraid to fight for what is right and just.

The swords are pulled from the earth and placed back with their owners.

Yet that warrior energy still circulates within your veins.

Elves are run by their instinctive feelings.

The feelings that speak from the soul and are felt within to guide you on your path of love and joy.

Create space for emotions to be felt,

Heard and processed.

Embrace your true inner nature by opening your heart,

Feeling your instinctive feelings.

Let them guide you.

Let them speak to you.

Let them lead you to joy,

To peace and follow your soul path.

See the hearts of the elves around you open as they shine their light towards you.

It enters into your own heart,

Filling you with the power to release all fears and blockages that you've placed over your own heart from trauma or even for protection.

As this light fills you,

It empowers you to have the courage to listen to and act upon your instinctive feelings.

They are here to protect you,

To guide you and lead you on the path of ease and abundance.

Thank the elves for supporting you with connecting to the earth,

Feeling empowered and tuning into your instinctual emotions.

You leave the entrance that you walked in,

Back into the vibrant green forest and come across a hawthorn tree.

At the base of the tree is a fairy mound,

A small green hill covered in soft moss.

You head towards the fairy mound where you enter the land of the fairies.

You are again in a forest and can feel the wind upon your skin.

Fairies are air elementals.

You see flashes of light flying around you.

The wings of the fairies are being felt upon your skin.

Three fairies slow down their movements so that they can become known to you.

Fairies never cause harm and they hold an aura of joy,

Fun and lightheartedness.

See them in their vibrant joy and playful energy.

Notice how petite they are and the vibrant clothes and colors that they are wearing.

See the sparkle in their wings.

They love to share their magic and wonder and they wish to share their energy of joy with you now.

The fairies want to remind you of your playfulness.

They reflect and share to you the fun and playfulness that they see within you as they hold up a mirror to you so that you can see it for yourself.

Take a moment to gaze upon your reflection that shows your inner joy.

These three fairies are here to help you embrace your inner child energy so that you may activate your playfulness,

Fun and creativity even more greatly into your life.

Allow your body to loosen and relax as your lower abdomen energy center opens and expands.

The fairies have a gift of energy,

Of playfulness for you to receive to help reignite your inner child.

Take a moment to receive this colorful energy into your sacral area,

Giving yourself space to be free and fun,

Healing any blockages or old beliefs that block you from your joy.

Fairies are very magical beings and so are you.

The fairies fly around you waving their hands and arms in a feminine motion to help activate your magic.

Sparkles and energy orbs begin to appear in your aura.

As your inner magic is activated,

Feel this activation.

Allow this magic to begin being directed into all parts of your life,

Merging the spirit realm Take a moment to thank these three fairies for spending this time with you and gifting you with magic and joy.

We come back from the fairy mound under the hawthorn tree,

Entering a peaceful meadow full of wild flowers.

Here is the land of the unicorn.

A unicorn awaits you in the meadow.

Notice the softness of its fur,

The beautiful white color it embodies and the perfectly twisted horn upon its forehead.

It has some wisdom to share with you.

Take a moment to connect to the intuitive wisdom that unicorn wishes to share with you to help you on your journey of life.

Unicorns work with rainbow energy,

Balancing all of the chakras through color.

Balance is important in your life,

Not to be overabundant or underabundant,

But a healthy medium that brings peace and love into your life.

The unicorn gifts you with rainbow light.

A spiral shape is formed with rainbow light outside of your aura.

And rainbow light flows through the spiral as if it's a doorway from source to you.

Allow this rainbow light to swirl all around you,

Releasing any darkness or heaviness from your chakras and filling all parts of you with this vibrant rainbow light.

Unicorns from various globe seit lonely planets lie in the sky amid tonight's Mah Lag and And the unicorn's horn is over its crown and third eye chakra,

Connecting it strongly to the realm of source,

Spirit and God energy.

To awaken your third eye and allow your inner unicorn to be activated,

Let the unicorn bring its horn to gently touch and activate your third eye center.

Allow this beautiful energy transfer to take place as a white light enters through your third eye and travels into your body as you soften and release the heaviness of the material world to embrace this mystical world,

Feeling that light travel through the brain,

Down the spine,

Down the spine and integrating with all parts of you.

Wonderful.

Now you may thank the unicorn by sharing your appreciation with it for its gifts.

You exit the meadow and come back to where you are in the room,

Remembering these lovely encounters you've had with the unicorn,

With the fairies and the elves.

As you carry this higher vibration of love and light within you,

You can connect to these mystical beings at any time.

Ask them for guidance,

Healing and power whenever you feel you need their support.

They are always here.

You simply must ask.

You can connect with them in the physical realm as well by setting intentions and going into forests or mossy groves,

Finding hawthorn trees and fairy mouths,

Going under the tree archways wherever they exist,

They are there.

Noticing how your body feels in this moment as we close this sacred space that is all around you,

Thanking the compassionate spirits of the lower world,

Plant and animal,

Spirits and energies for being present for you.

And we thank the compassionate spirits of the upper world for holding this sacred space for you.

We thank your guides,

Ascended masters and angelic beings for being present for you.

Thanking the direction of the east,

Of the rising sun and the eagle,

The element of air.

As we thank the direction of the south,

Of the wolf,

The element of fire and the vibrant energy that has grounded and supported you today.
