Good morning.
Welcome to this new day.
We're going to set ourselves up for an ideal day.
And in order to do that,
Sometimes we need to release and let go of things that we carry from the day before,
Or the day before that,
Or even the day before that.
So settle in,
Ideally with your journal by your side.
Gently close your eyes and find your breath.
Gently placing your attention on your breath as it comes in and out of your body.
As you breathe,
Notice how you feel physically in your body and emotionally.
Without judgment,
You're just noticing.
As you notice,
You're allowing whatever emotion,
Physical feeling you are experiencing in this moment,
You're just allowing it to be.
You're not trying to change it.
You're witnessing it.
And as you're doing this,
What thoughts coincide with these physical feelings,
These emotional feelings,
What are you thinking?
What's jumbling around up there,
Looping around?
What are you saying to yourself?
Some of these thoughts you might want to hang on to.
They might be helpful.
They might support you.
Others,
Not so much.
So I invite you in this moment to turn toward your journal and release,
Write down,
Let go of,
Dump it onto the page,
Anything,
Any thought,
Any feeling,
Any emotion that is not serving you in this moment.
Release anything that will not serve you in this day,
In this new day,
Anything that you're carrying with you from yesterday or the day before or the day before that.
Take a moment and put it on the pages of your journal and out of your body and your mind.
As you wind down your writing and when you feel ready,
Come back to yourself and close your eyes.
Find your breath and just check in.
If there's anything left,
Any residual,
Please turn back to your journal and put it where it belongs on those pages.
Notice how you feel after releasing all that does not serve you onto the page.
And take a moment thinking about this brand new day.
How do you want to feel today?
Who do you want to be today?
How do you want to show up in the world today?
Is there something specific you want to turn toward and begin,
An action you want to take?
Take a moment and think about your ideal day and who you are and how you're going to show up.
And when you feel ready,
I invite you to turn back toward your journal.
And write your life.
Who are you today?
How you're showing up?
What you're doing?
I'll give you some time to write your ideal day onto the page.
And when you feel ready,
I invite you to turn back toward your journal.
And write your life.
And when you feel ready,
I invite you to turn back toward your journal.
And write your life.
And when you feel ready,
I invite you to turn back toward your journal.
And write your life.
And when you feel ready,
I invite you to turn back toward your journal.
And write your life.
You may be writing still and may want to continue writing.
And of course,
I invite you to do so.
I encourage it.
I also encourage you to begin every morning releasing what no longer serves you and writing an intention for your day.
Thank you so much for starting your day with me.
I feel honored wishing you a gorgeous,
Gorgeous day.
Namaste.
