In this 5 part meditation series: Design Your Life, I will share five steps to manifest your deisres. In each meditation I will share the step and a short explanation of that step. I will then lead you in meditation so that you can allow that step to integrate within your body, mind, spirit while you spend time in stillness. Change your thoughts, change your beliefs, change your life. Sometimes our conditioned limiting beliefs get in our way of manifesting what we desire. In today's meditation you will have the opportunity to turn toward, address and clear any limiting beliefs that block you from that which you truly desire and wish to manifest in your life.
