This is the second in a series of seven meditations that will help you connect with different elements in your life. This meditation is designed to guide you in connecting with your subconscious mind to uncover what may be blocking your sense of creativity in life. When the sacral chakra is imbalanced, it can hinder your ability to fully embrace your creative energy and manifest your desires. This meditation invites you to explore the sacred space of your sacral chakra—a centre of vitality, passion, and creation. Music by Cindy Locher

Closing your eyes and allowing your body to relax.

Knowing that you are safe and protected at all times.

Begin by taking in three deep relaxing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you exhale allowing any stress or tension to leave your body.

As you continue to breathe in and out allowing calm and relaxation to shower your head.

Allowing any tightness from your head and your neck to disappear.

Now releasing any tension from your shoulders and your arms as your hands and fingers relax.

As you continue to breathe in and out allowing this sense of calm to travel down your spine,

Embracing your back,

Your stomach and your hips as they all relax.

And now allowing this release to remove any tightness from your thighs and your calves as your feet and toes relax.

Feeling yourself embraced in ultimate peace and feeling as light as a feather.

Now seeing yourself in your special place,

A garden,

A beach or another sacred space that feels special for you.

This is your personal sacred oasis,

A place you can go to at any time for peace,

Relaxation and to connect with your inner self.

Noticing how this space feels today and becoming aware of anything that draws your attention.

As you continue to look around you notice a beautiful path veering up towards a hill.

You walk down the path and easily walk up the hill.

At the summit you can see your town in the distance.

You continue to walk down your path until you reach your town.

So taking a look around your town and noticing how it feels to be here.

Also noticing what beings are in your town and what activities are occurring.

You continue to walk down your street until you come across your art gallery.

You walk towards the door,

Open it and walk in,

Closing the door behind you.

You look around your gallery becoming aware of whatever draws your attention and as you do you notice that there is a slight tinge of orange lighting throughout your gallery.

You find yourself drawn to one particular piece of art on the wall and you walk over to it.

You notice that this piece of art is somehow alive and a moving portrait and there are characters or actors playing out a drama.

This drama represents a part of your psyche that requires healing.

I will leave you here now for a few moments as you watch the scene play out.

As the scene ends you become aware through your infinite wisdom that you know how to heal this drama.

You offer the characters your advice and watch as the drama now resolves.

Feeling empowered by this resolution you turn to leave the gallery.

You walk towards the door,

Open it and walk back into the street,

Closing the door behind you.

Outside there is a gift waiting for you.

You pick up your gift and if it's a box you open it.

You begin to walk through your town looking around and noticing any changes that may have occurred now that this drama has been resolved.

And then thanking your art gallery and your town today for the insight into this part of your life.

You walk back along the path to your sacred space and now spending a few moments in your sacred space becoming aware of any changes.

And then slowly bringing your awareness back into the room you are in and back into your body.

Slowly stretching as you take in three deep grounding and awakening breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Wiggling your fingers and your toes and opening your eyes when you're ready.
