Regular Meditation can help you to remove negativity in your aura field. This meditation guides you to do that consciously. It helps you to be aware of thoughts, feelings actions and others intentions. It helps you to be more aware of when you are moving to higher energy or lower energy.

Hi,

This is Carolyn.

Today our meditation is about removing negativity.

Removing negativity is to always go to the positive,

To the light,

To what feels good and what feels right.

So this is just a practice into kind of consciously watching your thoughts and creating more good in your life.

To get started,

Have your feet flat on the floor or yourself flat on the floor and your back as straight as possible.

I always like to start with the breath.

So take a breath in and then release.

Try to make the breath strong.

Take the breath in and release.

And a third inhalation in and release.

And focus on your heart center.

Imagine your heart is a beautiful golden light like the sun filled with love,

Peace and loving kindness for yourself.

When your mind wanders,

Go back to that light and be present.

As you're going through life,

If a negative thought comes up,

A critical thought,

A thought that puts you down and wants you to be aware of it,

See it and then release it.

You can release it many ways.

One is then by changing the thought to something positive.

You say,

I always do something wrong.

Shift back to I'm learning every day.

I'm always late for this or that.

Shift that to I'm going to work with the universal time.

I never can do anything right.

Shift that belief to every day I'm improving.

It's important to catch your thoughts,

To catch the negativity and start co-creating with the universe something positive.

And let's take a breath in and out.

Negativity is not just about your thoughts.

It could be who you connect with.

You might have a friend,

A relative,

A partner who's very critical or negative towards you.

And you can watch that energy by not engaging in it.

If somebody says something negative to you,

You can say,

Well,

Stop and push it back.

I don't like the way that makes me feel.

That makes me feel uncomfortable.

Step back.

Anything like that,

I can push the energy back to the person who created it.

Another thing is get out of the vicinity of the person.

If they're starting to attack you or say something negative,

Just say,

I'm going to remove myself.

Time for me to go.

Ouch,

That hurts.

I'm moving on.

Or just simply walk away.

Negativity,

Negative words can go into our field,

Our aura,

And attach to us and make us feel bad.

So we don't want any of that in our field.

And take a breath in and out.

There also could be environments that are very negative.

It could be your home,

Your job,

And a place of business.

The less time you spend in negative environments,

The better you'll feel.

Because again,

Our aura field is very sensitive.

And what we attract in,

What we magnetize,

We can magnetize it stronger if we stay in it.

So just like you don't want to jump into a pile of mud and expect to come out clean,

Don't engage or be in places that are very negative.

It could be the energy around,

The sound,

The people,

What they're doing.

It could be a lot of different things.

But you know,

As a soul,

This doesn't feel right.

You must trust that.

And simply remove yourself from that situation.

As we're saying that,

Again,

Go back to that focus of that golden light in your heart center.

And take a breath in and out.

If you are in a negative environment,

You can blow out energy.

Some shamans do.

Blow it out.

If you talk to somebody who's very negative,

You can blow out energy that way also.

Not in their face,

But walk away and then blow like you're a wind blowing into a steamy,

Warm day.

Release that energy.

Another way to release negativity is to smudge yourself with sage.

There's other types of smudges,

Different things you can use,

Like different types of yellow grass and even pine.

There's a lot of things that people smudge with.

But go with what you feel called to.

And then remove it.

Put it in your,

Light it and put the energy around your energy field,

Your aura.

And then that smoke will help clear out the negativity there.

This is why people go to smoke,

Sweat lodges.

Clear the energy.

Use essential oils.

Take a shower.

Let the energy run through you in the womb.

And take a breath in and out.

Another great visualization for removing negativity is to think about the sun,

Those golden rays,

And that the energy is positive,

Uplifting,

Healing,

And strong.

Imagine if the sun is in your mind's eye,

Is beaming down upon you,

And that as it beams,

It clears off anything negative in your field.

If you can't go in the sun,

Just imagine this.

The beautiful golden rays are like healing rays.

And if they hit your energy,

The top of the head,

They may go through your whole body and clear out anything negative.

Or they may hit your aura field and make you feel warm,

Love,

Peaceful,

And good.

Imagine also that this golden light can wash away anything negative.

Sometimes people like a golden white light to rain over their field,

Removing any negative thoughts,

Feelings,

Projections by others,

Anger,

Rage.

Just imagine it sprinkling down on your field.

This can also help you to remove negativity.

And I want you again to take a breath in and out.

So again,

It's important to watch your words.

Watch your interactions.

Be aware of the people that you connect with.

Be aware of the environment that you're in.

Use elements to heal.

Imagining wind or real wind.

Imagining fire or the sun.

Imagining water rinsing on you or a waterfall.

And also sitting on the earth and grounding into the earth.

When you're back against a tree,

It can also heal you from negativity.

The earth and the trees,

Because so much of the nature uses it for support,

Knows how to remove negativity from itself.

So like a bear rubs his back against a tree,

You can stand firm against a tree.

Or like animals bury their energy into the earth,

You can do that also.

You can imagine yourself lying underneath the earth,

Underneath ground,

And pulling this energy down,

Being buried by the earth is another way to remove negativity.

And remove negative energy.

And taking a breath in and out.

You are a dynamic being of light.

So again,

Knowing that you are loving,

You're kind,

You may have a sweet nature,

You're a being of light,

You're a wonderful soul,

You're a person that deserves respect,

You deserve to be treated well.

You have the right to speak up.

You have the right and deserve the ability to be loved.

Move towards things that make you feel good,

Love,

Peaceful,

And joyful.

And move away from everything else.

You are a spirit and a soul,

And you are loved by the universe.

Let's blow out the end of it by taking a breath in and out.

Move towards the positive and away from the negative.
