Hi,
This is Carolyn.
This is the 11-11 Meditation.
11-11 is a gateway to higher consciousness.
So through this meditation,
I want you to be still,
Be aware,
And let the words guide you to opening up to a higher portal.
To begin,
Get a quiet place and take a breath in and out.
Take another breath in and out.
Take a third breath in and release.
You focus on your heart center.
In your heart is where your spiritual path lies.
The more you listen to your heart over your mind,
The more you will evolve your soul.
Whenever you're on the spiritual path and opening up to higher consciousness,
You may see 11-11.
This is a sacred number.
11 is a master number and the number of evolving your soul.
Look at the number 11-11 as the gateway of two doors opening up to introduce you to the universal dialogue.
11-11 is a high vibratory energy that is coming to you or calling to you to make your life more magical,
Synchronistic,
And working with universal dialogue.
So whenever you see 11-11,
Go to your heart and take a breath in and out.
And ask,
What is the universe trying to say to me now?
You can say this out loud,
Write it down,
Or say it in your heart.
What is the universe trying to say to me right now?
Whenever you see those numbers,
It's also the ascended masters calling to you.
The ascended masters are higher spiritual beings who have ascended the earth plane.
They have lived life on earth in a physical body,
But they also were able to work through all their chakra systems and move all the way up to the energy of enlightenment while being in the physical body.
The ascended masters when they call to you,
And there's many,
They want to help you to live a more spiritual life,
A life that's giving back to others,
One that's purposeful and fulfilling.
So again,
You see those numbers,
Look at it as a sacred call of universal dialogue and higher beings coming to you.
Taking a breath in and out.
You see 11-11,
It also means that you've been asking a question,
What's my path here?
What am I here to do?
Why did my soul incarnate?
What does the universe want me to create?
What is my deepest calling?
How can I be of service?
These might have already been questions in your mind,
But 11-11 is reminding you that we heard you,
We understand,
And we're answering your call.
The reason why the universe speaks in numbers is because numbers are a universal language,
Such as laughter,
Intuition,
Numbers,
They're always in music.
The universe will come to you and speak to you.
Numbers are everywhere.
Every country uses the number system.
So it's an easy way,
A symbolic way for the universe to start dialoguing with you,
Calling to you,
Asking you,
And creating a sacred embrace where it can help you to start evolving your soul and working with higher consciousness.
When you see those numbers,
Take a breath in and out,
Ask who was present in my life?
What guides would be coming to me?
What is the message you're trying to give to me?
And I would take a pen and paper and write down what comes through.
We're in a powerful time creating the Aquarian age,
Where many things are being broken down and put under the microscope of truth to see what is true and what has been fabricated for selfish gain.
So if you're getting the numbers 11-11 or 444 or any sequence of numbers,
You're being called to do research,
You're being called for a higher spiritual path,
You're being prompted to look beyond what you see,
And again,
Go within your heart.
What is my heart feeling now?
What is my heart saying to me?
Have I been listening to my heart's song,
My heart's message,
My heart's prompts?
This is a very sacred calling.
It's like in the Turel deck,
The tower cards remind you of 11-11,
Breaking down something that was hidden and having you to continuously look from a higher perspective.
So when you see that number sequence,
Take it as a sacred prompt to begin to research,
Dialogue,
To breathe,
To be present,
And to look for a message coming to you.
And when you get that prompt,
Respond back,
What are you trying to teach me at this time?
Taking a breath in and out.
Be present,
Listen within,
Have peace,
Trust that inner calling.
Trust the messages,
Stay present.
11-11 is a sacred number,
Sacred call for the divine.
You add all the numbers together,
It comes to four.
Four is represented of the earth plane.
There are four directions,
North,
South,
East,
West.
There are four elements,
Fire,
Air,
Earth,
Water.
Both of those things together create the physical earth plane.
Four is the amount of legs on a table,
And that's your foundation to create,
To put a platform on to create something new.
So four is a very powerful number,
And 11-11 represents the four.
And the higher spiritual knowledge connecting to the earth plane,
Elements,
Directions,
And platform to create here.
So again,
You see those numbers,
11-11,
Know that you're being called,
You're being prompted,
And you're being asked to dialogue with the universe.
Go within your heart,
And take a breath in,
And out.
Another breath in,
And out.
A third breath in,
And release.
