What a beautiful mediation, so calming and soothing with a lovely gentle voice, I love that it's longer as it sometimes takes me a while to get asleep, it didn't though with this one! Thank you 🙏

I'm still somewhat scattered from Holiday doings! This was a beautifully guided, calming practice to let-go of thoughts and to come back to my heart and the now. The way you crafted the track with the meditation and then the music continuing was brilliant. Namaste...🕊️😌🕊️

I was very tense & couldn't relax or release my muscles. My shoulders felt like they were up above my ears, so shortly after waking I put on Insight Timer & Caroline's 20 minute bodyscan & now feel so relaxed, calm & ready to re-begin my day. I know its going to be a stressful day & week as much has to be done that I don't want to face as itvis hard, but is time. Thank you I feel grounded & ready to tackle this now.
