It's called Mindfulness Coffee Break.
You'll be enjoying your favorite cup of coffee or tea or any drink you like while practicing mindfulness at the same time.
So if you don't have your drink nearby,
You may want to pause this audio for now,
Go get your drink and come back to continue.
Okay,
Now that you have your drink ready,
Please make yourself comfortable.
Keep your spine straight.
Lower your shoulders and relax your face.
Bring the coffee mug closer to your face.
Slowly feel its warmth between your hands.
Inhale the aroma as it fills the space in front of your face.
Breathe in,
Coffee 1.
Breathe out,
Coffee 2.
Breathe in,
Coffee 1,

It smells so nice,
So delightful.
Now very slowly,
Take a sip of your coffee.
Feel the warm liquid entering your mouth,
Passing through your teeth,
Your tongue,
Gently gliding down your throat and into your stomach.
You may notice an aftertaste of the nice aroma lingering in your mouth.
Breathe in,
Coffee 1.
Breathe out,
Coffee 1,

Breathe in,
Coffee 2.
Please take a bigger sip.
Again,
Feel the coffee flowing through your mouth,
Your tongue,
Seeping through your teeth,
Traveling down your throat and into your stomach.
How does it taste this time?
Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Relax your shoulders.
Relax your facial expressions.
Now let's move on to the third sip.
While you're drinking,
Also notice any slight movements in your body,
Hands and lips.
Feel the movements in your body.
Control the speed of the whole process.
Please take the third sip.
Enjoy how the liquid enters your mouth,
Travels down your throat to your stomach.
