Right now,
Focusing on what receiving love means to you.

We had all we need as babies.
We had love,
Hopefully.
And we had protection.
If we did not get those things as babies,
We left ourselves very vulnerable to dangerous undercurrents.
And if some of us didn't survive these undercurrents,
We remained psychologically.
You cannot survive without it.
So you must recognise that to be human and therefore to be one with all life is to receive love.
How do you receive love?
How does a baby receive love?
A baby receives love by being itself.
It is just that.
Or himself.
She draws love to her by being herself.
A baby does not have any falseness.
The baby doesn't have an agenda.
The little one just trusts that someone loves her.
Or he.
Begin the process of love you now by acknowledging your worth to yourself now.
I acknowledge my worth to myself now.
How can I expect others to acknowledge this worth if I don't do it myself?
All of life is a moment by moment journey to love the self.
There is a challenge every second.
All of life is a challenge to bring the loving energy of the self into alignment with the mother or mother energy who creates the life force in the human spirit.
Just practice daily the process of accepting life as a challenge to love the self.
How can I love myself today?
How can I receive love today?
All of life is a challenge to love the self now.
And all of life brings the moment of being human transcending it into being superhuman.
Receive love.
Being kind to yourself.
You cannot survive without it.
Just like the baby.
And recognize that to be human and to be superhuman is to receive love.
In receiving love you become yourself.
But when a person begins to receive love they are truly themselves.
They're not putting on a false mask or pretending that they are anything other than what they are.
Babies and young children don't have agendas or falsehoods.
They just know that there's someone there to love them.
Accept life.
Accept the challenge.
And allow the self love to receive love and envelop you now.
